The sales person I dealt with is very knowledgeable about security cameras. Without his guidance I am certain I would have made a poor choice. Feel like I have a good deterrance against those pesky troublemakers. I absolutely recommend this company.

Waited a week with no communication or tracking info. I decided to cancel and order elsewhere. This company wasted my time.

By connecting my laptop with the NVR I was able to have an access to all the functions supported by the system. I also downloaded an application on my phone which works seamlessly as well. With the price point it comes it is a great product.

It is funny I should even raise this, but in the end I almost struggled picking my choice of camera system because there were just so many brands to choose from.

I have used them twice and they show a lot of products but most I have needed are not in stock like it shows on their website. Then the don't tell you when the material is received and only when it ships. This is a problem after over 4 months waiting for an item and the delay to my customer. Support doesn't seem specific to the site and can't help at all. Will be purchasing from other online vendors moving forward to not deal with the headache.

Terrible company and rude customer service. Refused to refund after I returned their defective Google max. Save yourself time and money, buy someplace else

There has now been a full month since the camera system was installed, which is enough time to make a balanced review. In s few words, the cameras work as expected and the company has professional people who do are knowledgeable and helpful

My old camera system was ok but it was not as advanced as this one. I need to monitor what is going on around the house while we are away because my wife and I sometimes work till very late. I must also thank the customer support for all their help with installation. The person I dealt with was very polite

For the price, this is a good, value security camera system. I would have liked more dvr storage, but again you get what you pay for, which in this case is actually more.

I could talk of the product if there was much to say beyond that the cameras work as promised. Instead I want to commend the website's ease of use. Navigation is real easy and quite a joy actually.

Just got off the phone with customer support I purchase a 394.00 dollar Blind spot sensor unit for my pickup truck and no where in the specs description did it say cannot install in metal bumpers.
So it does not work and they said I should of done a better job researching the unit and that I cannot return it. After looking on line at other units today there are units that say cannot be installed in metal bumpers but this unit has no such claim. So misleading add.
The right thing would be to refund and correct the information but no basically get lost is what I got from the service rep.

Lying and lying for more than two months. I placed 3 orders with them for 50 PCs Hard drives. Each time that I called them some one told me that my order is shipped but nothing. Order# *******638, *******. After more than two months now they are asking me to pay $5000 more to get my orders. They wasted two months of my time. They don't honor the customers nor stand behind their words. I had to cancel my orders after two months of waiting. Be aware of this company.

I didn't want to talk to sales I traditionally don't trust salespeople. I ended up choosing this one because so many people were praising it. Now that I have had time to really test it out, I can see why people were praising it. Another thing I was pleased with that not a lot of reviews mentioned was the speed of shipping. Maybe I have just not bought a lot of things online but I felt the shipping was quite fast.

Think twice before placing an order. I placed an order and after a few days inquired about why it was still in processing. The guy on the other side of their "chat" feature was rude and said I should have known there was a 10 day lead... after waiting over 2 weeks I was told by another one of they rude chat service people that my item wasn't going to ship. They didn't cancel the order, they just left it in a "processing" state. What a waste of time and completely unprofessional. At least don't be a d! Ck to people that just want to know the status of their order. Take your business elsewhere.

I am glad to say the cameras are working as I hoped they would. But what really impressed me is how the website is set up. The navigation is simple and is easy to use even for people who are not very good with computers. A lot of e-commerce websites overdo things and end up making shopping difficult

I ordered a wifi card and after a month of it not getting shipped I sent emails to them. No answer. I have opened a PayPal dispute.

After the torrid time I have had with frequent petty thefts on my property, a camera system seemed a sensible investment, which I am glad I made. Perhaps is the knowledge that they would be caught on camera but the thefts have dropped sharply. Long may it continue

I placed a simple order for in-stock materials on the 10-6-21. On 10-11 I asked when & how it would ship. I got a canned reply that it takes 3-5 business days and flat rate. The said they'd reach out to the manf. Why do you have to reach out to anyone? It's in-stock... On 10-15 I ask for an update. I get a reply that says the manf hasn't shipped anything and it'll be another week before they get an update on what will ship to them. What kind of ancient business model is that. Manf. Ships to the seller, who ships (in 3-5 business days) to the customer. OMG get in the 20th century at least. Go somewhere else. I did.

My wife is happy, so I am happy. She has been putting the camera system to the test and has positive things to say about it. I can only comment on the shopping experience, which was good. There are enough camera systems listed to satisfy almost every need and budget. Awesome customer service again. Those guys are good

I ordered a Geovision i/o card from these people. They said it was in stock. I had a
Security system that needed one replaced. 8 days later I get a notice that they had made out a UPS tag. It had not been put into UPS yet. I sent 2 emails telling them to cancel the order...NOT AS ADVERTISED. Of course they ignored those emails and sent it. Then they
Sent me a stupid email saying...why would you file with Paypal and refuse the UPS delivery for something you ordered. I replied...why would you send me an email and ask me a stupid question...read my last 2 emails.
Now I have been forced to use the clients other working i/o and double up the motion detectors... I am a very unhappy camper!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Now I have to waste my time with Paypal for my refund...

We so far have little if anything to complain about. The camera system works, although we are a little concerned with the rather limited memory capacity of the DVR

The cameras are already synced and you just have to plug them in to make them work. The camera wasn't working after trying everything so I asked them for a replacement and they readily agreed. I was sent a replacement within a short span. Happy with the experience overall.

Had to inquire about a refund multiple times after a month. Wouldn't really trust the site in general seems to have shady business practices and would not recommend.
