I recently flew Swiss Air from Miami to Zurich and then to New Delhi. The plane was spotless. Business Class was wonderful with pods. The food was fine. The service wonderful and I would fly them at any time without hesitation.
At the check in counter I was informed that I was moved to the morning flight without my knowledge or consent! I explained that this is a concern as I had no place to stay for the night and was reassured that as I had purchased a business ticket the staff at Zurich will book me a hotel. When I arrived in Zurich I was told that all the hotel rooms have been booked, the transit hotel in the airport is closed, there's nothing they can do I should find a chair upstairs and make myself comfortable by a xenophobic racist staff member. I was completely shocked and now in a foreign city without a place for the night. I spent the next 5 hours sitting in an all night cafe waiting for the airport to reopen. I'm truly disgusted at the unprofessional behaviour of the airline. I did raise this as a complaint to their customer services who brushed me off. If the airline can change your your ticket at will then why do we bother to book in the first place? I'd also advise the airline to competency test their staff particularly anti racism training for their customer service desk.

There is not enough information about this company's items on their website.I tried contacting them on all platforms, but I never heard back. I was introduced to "RPSA LTD" by Andrian from Devon.They got my money back and assisted me with everything.
Placed my order 4 weeks in advance of my holiday meal to allow plenty of time for any shipping mishaps or delays. Received confirmation of my order via email. Called to check status of my order 10 days prior. Representative stated my order had been canceled without any further information. WTH! I received no email or call regarding order cancellation. I inquired why and representative stated she had no further information and was sorry. Why would you send an email confirming order but email stating you canceled it? Communication is a great tool when used. This item was to be for a holiday meal. Too late to try to get a replacement. NEVER NEVER will I order from the Swiss Colony again. Very unprofessional way to handle business. Do hope they keep sending their catalogs. They make great fire starters!

SWISS is simply more interested in short-term revenue and doesn't care about providing the actual service.
My tickets are non-refundable, but most companies are currently somewhat flexible due to COVID. In the case of SWISS there are no refunds (fine, understandable), no vouchers, no change of destination, only change of dates. The latter service is provided for a fee (40chf/person) and at a hiked up rate of the new ticket.
If you have any challenges on their website, they will ask you to contact their call center. On their international webpage this is a number in Italy, which will make you wait 45min, then answer in Italian and then put you on mute. At this point you are technically "talking" to a representative, but the representative is ignoring you.
If you manage to find the Swiss number, you will have to do some research, then you will be on hold for 1h15.
If you contract then by email, you might get another Swiss number, in which case you'll wait about 15-20min on hold. The representative cannot do anything, you will be referred to their website. When you explain that your voucher isn't working on the website and that technical support told you to call them, you will be ignored and then put on hold. Indefinitely.
It's tempting to buy a flight ticket from SWISS since their prices are competitive, but if you have any problem with your flight, COVID or not, you will simply lose that money.

The website would not take the booking for my holiday so I had to call in. I asked the representative if she can match the website price and she said "yes" I told her the price I expect to pay and she said "yes". She took the booking on the telephone and the charge on the credit card was higher than agreed. Swiss fails to address this complaint of misleading selling, despite 3 emails. It puts me on hold for 7min 40 sec when I try to speak to someone. The customer complaints team writes that the website is still not working today (5 Aug), already 4 weeks after it was originally not working.
I traveled last time to Dubai and back using Swiss airlines. Although they are inexpensive the comfort and food quality is not top shelf.
