Bought 4000. 00 furniture and it is pilling on every leg rest. The lady in customer says we can send someone out to shave the furniture for you... Really? We have had the furniture since the end of August 2020, so 6 months. Please be wary of buying furniture here. The expensive brands are not always the best. I have cheaper sets of furniture from Bare bones that have no pilling and have lasted many, many years. In the past I have also bought a mattress from here that blue out the side and that was as well an expensive mattress. My last time shopping at any Taft furniture store.

My son purchased a couch from Taft. After 2 years, the frame broke, They sent someone over to fix the frame. One year later, frame broke again totally making the couch unusable.
Management said they would fix it again but they would need to take it for a week or so. My son was without furniture for 2 weeks. I spoke with the manager, Joanna, who was very rude and told me it was still under warranty and she would try to get him credit for a new couch. 2 weeks later, no phone call from her, just an automated message saying the
Couch would be returned. Management is all talk and will not help you at all. Do not waste your money because you'll be sorry.
