Ordered product, took my money, but nothing ever arrived. I recently disputed the charge with my credit card and hopefully will get my money back. I would not advise doing business as I think this site is a scam set up to capture CC info and sell it to other people.

Placed order in august it is now October requested 14 day shipping. Sent numerous emails and received nothing back. Payment was taken from my account Of $400 but nothing has arrived. Very disappointing. Do not use this site
Just as everyone says. I ordered from here and nothing. I disputed with my bank. Hopefully they respond.
Never received my order, I called several times but no answer.
Don't wast your time trying to order because I'm sure you'll regret it.
I used this company in the past with no issues. Now I placed an order on 09/12/20, Money was taken, I got nothing, no reply to emails, and phone rings with no answer. Based on all the reviews saying the same thing something has to be done about this, Legal action needs to be taken.
Takeherb use to be good the first year its name transferred from herballove dot com. After the first it has become the big money scammer money laundering. It take your order and take your money for your card but never receive the product there after. No answer phone call nor email.
This site is a scam right now. I've received orders from them before without issue, however, this time they have listed the order as processed and have not shipped it. I paid for expedited shipping and here I am over 3.5 months later without the product. My order was around $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I placed 2 orders online and few days later I go back online to check the status. One oder showed cancelled and one order showed processing, and I was already charged on my card. This was my first purchase from this company. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charges and did get immediate refund. I tried calling the local phone number but it just keeps ringing. I sent several emails and no reply. Also called the 866 number on my bank statement... and its the phone number of Expedia Travel. Dispute your charges with bank... thats all I can say. Get your money back.
I placed a $122 order several weeks ago, I still have not got them, they have not responded to any of my email nor have they answered any of my phone calls, company is a joke, what a scam!

Order on 1/18/11, This is the worst experience i ever had. This site and their customer service just horrible. Placed order which clearly indicate in stock and ship in 1 day. But after a whole week pass nothing shipped, called so many times, everytime is a different story, or they lie to you say it will ship next day... or call you back in 10 min. Which never happen, they just try to get you off the phone. Finally they said, they are out of stock which they could have told me the first time i called and cancel order, but they choice to lie and drag about it. Bad company!
WOW. I ordered from this website and got everything I ordered. I was super happy because of the price but then exactly one month later my credit card was used to buy something. I am 100% sure they (or some employee) used my card because that is the only website I have ever ordered from. My eBay and other sites are linked to my other cards. This website is def a front. Order at your own risk but if and when you do CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and get a new one.
Placed online order March 4th 2011. Order arrived with wrong product (turns out their web site had wrong product numbers beside product pics). They told me to return thru post office but post office denied return shippment because box had been opened; (hence, TakeHerb was leading me to cheat the post office; (it was TakeHerb's fault wrong product was shipped, not the Post Office). So then I had to get a return label from TakeHerb (i. E. several more days go by as I wait). I returned product 10+ days ago & called this morning & they told me they got my return but product that I ordered was not available in the size I wanted (WRONG!). After going thur it again with their customer reps explaining that my requested size IS available (per their site & per the original manufacturer), they told me they will ship as soon as the size I requested comes in. It is now Apr 15th. We'll see how long this goes on. These people are screwed up in. Unless you want problem, after problem, after problem, take your business somewhere else besides TakeHerb.com.
I had a horrible experience with takeherb.com. I'm livid. I ordered a product from them. Twelve days later it did not arrive. I call and told them that my product had not yet arrived. The "customer service" rep then told me that I had received an email stating that the product was discontinued and that I was refunded. I have received no such refund or any email to that effect. She then said she would resend the cancellation. The cancellation stated that they regret that I cancelled the order. What? They cancelled the order. I called them back and the "customer service" rep had the audacity to hang up on me. Do not order from this sham of a storefront!
Ordered on February 26th. A month later, card never got charged, product never got shipped. After several emails, no response but order was suddenly charged on my card. After several more weeks and never receiving product, I called and a customer rep said he would refund my card. After SEVERAL MORE WEEKS and still no product, I emailed again asking where my refund was and a couple of days later instead of addressing the promised refund, I get an email saying my product has been shipped. This website is a disgrace to online ordering. After months of trying to get a product with horrible communication, I would pay twice as much for a product from a legitimate company before I would order from them again.
