I ordered two pairs of sandals in late March after seeing them advertised on Facebook. The charges on my credit card show charges coming from London, charged in British pounds. When I complained that I had not received the product on May 3th I was sent a tracking number showing that they are actually coming from China. The Chinese tracking company shows that the package was handed over to Fed Ex and gives me a tracking number that Fed Ex does not recognize. After two months of waiting, I have now started a chargeback dispute with my credit card company.
Their products are cheaply made and not as described online. No way to return shoes. Both of the email addresses they provided for customer service were invalid addresses. I was ripped off!
This company is not a good place to buy from. The sandals were of inferior quality and don't fit like their ad claims. I want to return them but their response was that I should keep them because it would cost more to return the shoes than what the shoes cost.
Take my advice, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
