Taurus Holdings owns Rossi firearms, brand new lever action 357 magnum rifle blew apart pulling the trigger. The extractor shot out of the bolt carrier, on the model 94 it's on top, this resulted in a void allowing the casing to blow out and into my face catching all the pieces of brass from the casing around my eye. I was near deaf for weeks due to the blast, and luckily the extractor must have went up not back or this would have been much worse. Upon inspection the chamber was cut all wrong! There was a huge groove in it that they missed on the quality inspecting line. So far rossi / Taurus has done nothing about it and tried to get me to sign a release of liability form in exchange for $147.00 for my time out of work to go see the doctors. I'm still digging pieces of the brass out of my face to date!

I purchased a Mossberg 7 mm-08 with muddy girl serenity camo and they took my money and then ghosted me.

Total scam. Do NOT fall for it. If you pay by paypal or credit card you get this PHONEY email that says now they are ONLY accepting ZELLE due to cc keeps records and thats infringing on our gun rights! LOL. TOTAL BALONEY. Then they guide you to use or open a zelle account because they KNOW once you click send its ALL OVER. DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME THROUGH ZELLE. If you have already used the card call your cc IMMEDIATELY or freeze the card THEN call. Get a replacement sent out ASAP.

Bought a taurus revolver in 2013 new,shot maybe 500 rounds over the years it would not longer fire sent it to be repaired June 6,2023. On Aug. 8 they said they could not repair the firearm but would send a replacement I agreed expecting to receive it in a short time. This is Dec 1st 2023 still have not received the replacement. I called them got no assurance that it will be coming. I have to conclude that their warranty is pretty much useless.

Jumped threw several hoops to get this $30 I just received a post card stating I have to cut the barcodes off the original box. Everyone knows a firearm with the original box is worth a little more money. I have given them two receipts and everything they asked for on the form. Sad to say but this will be my last Taurus and or heritage firearm I will ever buy. Cannot believe they are willing to burn bridges over $30

I have waited on the phone for over an hour. I have left my number for call back I have gone to warranty web site it wont except the date I purchased the gun.I have had no contact with taurus. I hope I dont have any trouble with the gun

I bought a gun that was out of stock everywhere else and it was cheaper by close to $100, first RED flag. Then a few days later they kicked back my credit card order, using some BS about not wanting the Government to track the CC order, 2nd RED flag. Why would you have the CC symbols on your site if you didn't honor that type of purchase. They sent me an email asking for a Zelle payment and I stupidly tried to pay them but luckily the FRAUD department of my bank stopped the transaction. DO NOT USE ZELLE UNLESS YOU KNOW THE PERSON YOUR SENDING THE PAYMENT TOO!

As soon as they received my payment, the ceased responding. I'm working through my bank to recover the funds, but it's not likely to happen!

I have serious, unsafe pitting around the firing pin insert, Taurus claims it's normal wear. I have 8 revolvers and all of them older with way more rounds through them and none of them have any pitting. Taurus DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE CRAP THEY MAKE.

Do not order from this sight. I placed an order but got no email about it. Then tried to register on their sight and was unable to do so. Researched it and found it to be a scam sight. Have contacted Paypal to refuse payment if they attempt to get paid.

Hard to pay for item no phone. I never seen a business without a phone. Made 3 attempts to pay but all failed

Bought a Taurus revolver new under their warranty they claim they will repair or replace, send the firearm in on June 6 th of 2023, Aug. 8 of 2023 I was informed they could not repair the firearm but that they would replace it to which I agreed, this is Jan. 6 2024, have called them always takes 20 minutes sometimes and hour for them to answer the phone.always say they will send a replacement but don't have a date. Has anyone out there ever received a replacement?

The 3 options to pay: 1) ZELLE which comes with a 5% discount 2) Paypal and 3) credit card are not accurate options. THE ONLY OPTION IS ZELLE. If you choose Credit Card Pay you will get an email that says "Unfortunately your credit card will not be charged because our system has been attacked". All customers now pay via Zelle to ensure a successful transaction and on time delivery. They even give instructions to set up a Zelle account and enroll in an eligible Visa or Mastercard debit card to send them the money via Zelle. They know, once you Zelle money there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET IT BACK! BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

This is an Asian based scam including the one good review. Read the good review which includes the same "regards" as their email. Their English is all messed up so it's easy to pick up on.

Checked with Tarus Firearms to get information on my order and was advised that tarus usa is not affiliated with tarus firearms and it was reported to them that this site is a scam

The firearms themselves are OK, in a pinch. Customer service is horrible. Sent my.40 cal in because the mags wouldn't stay in the gun. They emailed me and said I had the wrong mags. They are the mags that came with the gun. Then they claim there was a Customer Induced problem with the slide. But they could replace the slide for $85.00 dollars. And it would be the blued slide because they don't have any of the stainless like mine. If not they would return my gun with a Letter stating it was unsafe to shoot. Never heard such crap in my life. I have 3 other Taurus firearms that I will be trading in soon for Glocks or S&W's. I was warned by friends not to buy Taurus. But I wanted to buy a few firearms on the cheap. Learned my lesson.

I absolutely love this revolver. Shoots very well, smooth trigger pull in both single and double action. I highly recommend the 66. The price is awesome. Thank you very much.

I have been looking on purchasing firearms online for my brother gift. I found this site that promise to make delivery for us. The did it on time but the only problem was they do not have multiple payment method. Have anyone experience this?
