Ordering and delivery were very quick. Sizes run a bit small, and 100% cotton can shrink, so order accordingly and wash in cold water. Very vibrant designs.
If your package gets lost, do not expect any help from this company. I called twice and set on hold for 10 to 15 mins at which point, their phone hung up on me. I emailed them as well and have yet to receive a response. All I ask was that they submit a claim with USPS. I had to file my own claim for their merchandise. I will not do business with them again.

Tip for consumers:
They had insurance on the package, so I don't understand what the reasoning is for why they do not respond. I received 3 pkgs that day 11/30 from Amazon and USPS didn't mark them received. Then this pkg they marked received but it wasn't there.

I ordered four T-shirts and two of them were too small. I called customer service and the exchange was a breeze! The person I dealt with was very helpful as well as courteous. And the T-shirts were not only cute but good quality shirts. I was extremely pleased. I would certainly buy from this company again.

I didn’t read, although that info may have been available, that the women’s tees were tapered. Had I know that I would have ordered all men’s type tees.

This one of the most frustrating sites around.
If you need to change or cancel an order. You cannot go back to the site you ordered them on. You have to call them, so they can cancel.
The frustration is when they say it has been cancelled and you go back to change what you wanted to.
Go back into your account the next day. You cannot tell, what has been cancelled and what is active.
Even more frustrating, when I get charged for a purchase that was cancelled.
And company says, "have your bank call us". Excuse me?

Like the design of shirt
I had ordered a tee like this through an Etsy vendor. It was not even close to "true to size" and the material was so low quality you could see your hand through it. I took a chance with "The TeeShirt Palace" and got a true Large Tall. The material is nice thick tshirt material and the graphics are high quality. :) Highly recommended

Ordered a T-shirt and after it not arriving I contacted customer service and asking where my parcel was and they weren't helpful at all. After another week of my parcel not arriving I asked for a refund and they are refusing to respond to me. It's been a month and still haven't received my parcel

Scammers use bots to steal designs from Amazon merch and they repost them of sell them to sites like this. Please don't support site like the that steal from other artists.

I had trouble with the updated address I was wanting to use instead of using the original shipping address I provided. Customer service was amazing! Every time I had a question, they emailed me back promptly and worked with me on the problem I was having. The product: also amazing!
