When you sleep well, you get up and you feel great. I have had issues with my lower back for years and after one nights sleep on my first Tempur-Pedic my back felt much better. Our current bed, a CA King is the second Tempur-Pedic mattress we have bought. The first was a Queen. We will never buy another kind of mattress ever again. We are hooked. Ordering online was much easier than going to the stores, too, with the added bonus of free delivery.

Have had 3 Warranty Claims and now on our 4th but having difficulty with their Claim Form. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone and always directed to "Complete the Warranty Claim" on-line only. This would be OK but their on-line warranty does not allow posting pictures (on Pg.3) in the small greyed out area provided - it downloads just below so site will not allow us to go to the next page. I've complained 3 times and they just keep updating My Claim Number - Has been 1 1/2 weeks - now must wait another 7-10 days for response and solution.

I have owned a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 6 years and it has the biggest dip in it over 2 inches! And they will not stand behind the warranty the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid over $6,000 and it is supposed to have a 10 year warranty! There warranty department is a joke took several weeks and multiple attempts only to say the mattress was abused and or stored wrong after the second set of pictures. I would never buy a mattress from them again! I would how ever by a sleep number bed! The first one I had lasted 14 years with no issues just thought a new bed would be better for my bad back and it was for a few years the dip started many years ago but I just slept on the other side once I got married we need the whole bed not just half of it. Save your money and by a cheap mattress from Walmart! I have there bed on my boat and its amazing especially since it was only $400. You can see here how stained up it is... NOT.

The Tempurpedic Neck Pillow has caused SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE AND PAIN from it's terribly flawed design! I purchased it because their old version was my favorite, but it's no longer available. I unfortunately chose this new model to replace my old one and it's literally THE WORST PURCHASE THAT I HAVE MADE IN MY LIFE! I now have permanent damage to my neck and shoulders and they have the nerve to refuse my request for refund under the warranty, even though the defective product is clearly cracked and falls under their terms of warranty. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pain. Their products are all worthless now and lack the quality they had in the past. It's very sad that this piece of garbage even made it onto the market!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TEMPURPEDIC! ANYONE UP FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT? I WISH I HAD CHECKED THE BBB AND OTHER LEGITIMATE SITES FOR RATINGS FIRST! THIS COMPANY HAS GONE DOWNHILL AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

From the time of delivery which was supposed to be Platinum turned out that the delivery guys were in shady and rude

I received a great deal on on the website on Labor Day weekend. A deal I couldn't refuse! My sleep has improved greatly since getting this mattress. I do not feel my wife getting in or out of bed which is huge because my sleep is not interrupted anymore. When we got the Tempur-pedic after sleeping on other mattresses for years, I could never see myself buying any other mattress again. It has to be a Tempur-pedic or nothing! Expensive...Yes!! Worth it.... Heck Yes!! Only regret is, I wish I would have bought one sooner.

I've had ny own landscape business for forty years...college degrees in Ornamental Horticulture but a blue collar job...and started suffering from spinal arthritis at 35 years old. I bought the first generation Tempurpedic about 27 years ago when the only retailer was Brookstone and when $1200 was alot of money. I kinda felt guilty for spending the money but when I realized how awesome it was I realized I'd made a great choice...to the point that several friends and family also bought Tempurpedic based on my adulation.
Back then Tempurpedic had a 20 year warranty and after 23 years I felt that it needed replacing so I went right out and bought the model that the sales rep said was comparable (at $2800) and have regretted it ever since. I wake up every morning with so much pain in my lower back and hips that this morning I almost postponed the work I had scheduled today but knew that these might be the last decent weather days before cold winter weather settles in.
While I was researching customer satisfaction reviews for other brands online tonight I saw this site and found out that there are alot of unhappy Tempurpedic customers out there and when I saw this opportunity to give an honest review I seized it.
Although it's a fairly new purchase I can't wait to cut it up and make dog beds out of it for my sister's black labs.

Tip for consumers:
I appreciate the chance to warn other consumers before they waste their money.

I wish I could give a no star because that is what Tempur-Pedic deserves. I intended to order a King Size mattress topper but according to Tempur-Pedic I ordered a Queen size topper for which I have no use. I did not open the box and asked Tempur-Pedic to exchange it for a King topper. Their customer service is ridiculous and their staff are like a bunch of broken records stating they have a no return policy. I would avoid doing business with them at all cost. Judging by the consistency of their poor reviews the company clearly does not care about their customers.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid doing business with Tempur-Pedic, their no return policy even for unopened items is ridiculous. I wish I had read customer reviews before ordering from them.

Terrible. My wife and I bought a King mattress and spent thousands of dollars on it, we were told it was a 25 year warranty. It started sagging and we can no longer use it and my warranty claim (that took like 2 hours to do) was denied. It's sagging so bad we can't even sleep on it. I've been sleeping on my couch cause it kills my back to sleep on the sagging Tempur-Pedic mattress. They said it was denied cause there were stains on it. What does that have to do with the mattress sagging so bad I can't even use it? We keep a mattress cover on it and it's been our bed in our bedroom since we bought it, not damaged or improperly stored etc. don't waste your money, buy from a company that stands by their stuff and replaces defective products. Tempur-Pedic will leave you hanging. I'll never buy from Tempur-Pedic again and never recommend them to anyone. I'll also find any way I can to express my frustration cause I feel we were wronged by them.

If you want a soft pillow, DON'T buy this pillow, it's very hard.

I have a TEMPUR-Adapt® Cloud + Cooling pillow I got when I bought the TEMPUR-ProAdapt ® mattress last year. The TEMPUR-Adapt® Cloud + Cooling pillow is medium, too hard so I don't use it. When compared to this pillow, TEMPUR-Cloud® Pro Pillow Lo Queen, they feel the same hardness.

I usually sleep on a thinner fiberfill pillow, but the scrunchy noise it makes bothers my ears. I bought the Pro Lo pillows (BOGO) thinking it would be thin enough and extra soft like advertised. What I have now are two very very hard pillows. They are NOT extra soft at all like the website says. Customer support to verify the correct pillows were sent was completely useless.

I would never recommend these pillows, a waste of $170 especially since you can't return them (but had I bought them on Amazon, I could have).

I have been trying to show them the problem my mattress has and filled a claim. They asked me to add a stick and a quoter coin next to the stick, but this test never will show the problem I have.
The problem I have is the mattress gets very deep in the areas where I make more pressure. It wasn't like that when new.
They don't really want to take a test to show this problem. I have been asking to do something and they keep saying the coin is not 3/4 deep. The test they requested just shows problems without making pressure on the mattress.

I have been lied to over and over about the progress and now the ETA is 4 weeks after my order was placed (and who knows if it will even deliver then). We bought Tempur-Pedic mattresses a few years ago, and after two years one mattress failed to provide support. I submitted a claim, which was swiftly denied, with comments about the surface sag measurement when the mattress is not in use. The mattress has failed. The mattress does not properly support me, and I sink more than half the depth of the mattress in the center, with the head and foot positions remaining at near-full depth, basically creating a hole for my mid-section to sink into.
Tempur-Pedics warranty criteria isn't relevant to the qualities we look for in a mattress, rather their production factors and an arbitrary measurement that has absolutely nothing to do with comfort or support.
Tempur-Pedics customer service was quick to respond with a denial of our request, and spurned our requests for a representative to come to our home to observe the mattress failure.
Never again Tempur-Pedic.

I ordered Tempurpedic Prohi king size pillow around 3 weeks ago and I am already having difficulty sleeping on it due to reasons below. The pillow sinks in and becomes completely flat in less than 15mins and the entire night I have to keep adjusting my neck and head for the pillow to reset. Now, I am having neck pains since pillow completely lays flat 90% of the time in the night and pillow lacks to provide support for my neck. It has only been 3 weeks and the pillow already has formed head impression on one side.
This is an expensive pillow, that I have invested into and don't appreciate having these problems so early on. I contacted the company in regards to above issues and they told me that they can't help me. Worst customer service. Please don't buy this pillow-it's totally hyped up and not worth the money at all. I would have given only half star if there was an option.

If you dig through all the branding and marketing data that Tempur-Pedic keeps at the top of the search engines, you will find many unhappy customers. The salespeople are trained to brag about the special tempur material and 10 year warranty. You will fall for the hype and pay thousands of dollars for a bed with the shortest trial period on the market! You will pass the trial periods and find the bed is bad for your back and neck. You will try out their sag test and be surprised that your bed sags by more than an inch after 3 to 4 months use. You will submit a warranty claim and be given many reasons why they cannot honor their warranty, which you realize you is worthless even though their authorized dealer bragged about it during your purchase. They will refer you to their legal department and back to the company that sold you the mattress. Both will point the finger at the other. You will realize you spent nearly $3,000 on a small twin mattress that is defective and have little recourse. You realize the company is expert at marketing, branding, and protecting their image with no concern for you, your sleep or your health. You will feel robbed and begin shopping for another mattress with the realization that you gambled away your hard earned money. Do not fall for the hype as there are much better memory foam mattresses that cost thousands less with a generous trial period, return policy and genuine warranty. I would like to know the percentage of customers who file a Tempur-Pedic# warranty and are satisfied with the outcome. See if you can find that detail published on Tempurpedic# websites. Buyer beware when shopping for your next mattress. There are better mattresses than Tempurpedic# that cost 50-70% less with a much longer trial period and better warranty.

All the exclusions to the warranty and limited return policy of 90 days.

We purchased our mattress a few years back and they guaranteed a 10 year warranty on it. Couple years passed and the mattress got softer and softer until we were sinking in it and could barely move. We had the receipts, all paperwork, etc and filed the claim with all paperwork included. We got a message back that it had a mattress protector on it and would have to take it off and resubmit all paperwork. That was done. Their claim department told us 5-10 days to receive a response. We have emailed twice since then with again no response. It has now been almost two months since our email and we have heard nothing. We were forced to purchase a new mattress because we were awakening in so much pain both of us could barely move. Their warranty department is not a warranty. For a $5,000.00 mattress, I guess I would expect a little customer service. Guess that was too much to ask. I rarely ever write reviews unless the product or company is stellar or horrible. They have all my contact information and have chosen to not even respond. Will never buy a product made by this company nor recommend it. Sorry for all those that have a tempurpedic. It's only a matter of time..

I need to get my old tempur pedic from like 10 years ago that was used for a year shipped down to Florida from New York because these new models are awful. I bought the softest queen there was and it nowhere near compares to the softness of about 10 years ago. I've stained it so I can't return it but the break in they claim is bs; just making you wait long enough to stain it so you're stuck with it; bed is very stiff. Back to mattress toppers in the mean time for now... 5k to be unhappy

Like to write a correction to the information I gave yesterday concerning the smelly mattress that I bought for $2,600. The brand is not Sealy. It is TEMPUR-PEDIC, Model Tempur-Cloud Prima. I bought it at Mattress 1 in Clearwater, Florida. Tomorrow, Friday, will be two weeks since we bought this mattress and it still smells nasty. I would like to get my money back.

Purchased one queen and one king bed. Worst deliver and customer service I have ever experienced. Supposed to have white glover delivery and set-up. Got unprofessional, lazy, and stupid instead. Received numerous faulty parts and had delivery people refused to set-up beds even though I was promised white glove. No matter how many times I complained and asked for assistance I was never given the service promised. Good mattresses, but, not worth the nightmare experience of delivery and set-up.

I received a Tempur-Pedic Split King Ergo Smart Twin XL bases and set them up based on the Split Base installation on a Friday evening. Connecting the bases together, as required to allow the Sleeptracker-AI processor to work, fails with the message "MISSING CONTROL BOX". After calling Tempur-Pedic and being put on hold for over an hour; I was transferred to the company that makes the controllers for their beds vs. them helping me. I ended up having to call back the following day since they closed and wait again for a service tech to answer. Once I finally connected to a Sleeptracker tech I was told to connect the bases up differently from the instructions by bypassing one of their "SMART CABLES". Neither way worked so I was differed to the Sleeptracker second tier support; Matthew. He sent me an email with instructions and images explaining how to connect the bases that was identical to the instructions the previous tech told me. There were emails back and forth with Matthew explaining and illustrating the setup and connections before he finally agreed that it doesn't work but blamed it on a bad "SMART CABLE". Fortunately; each base has a duplicate Smart Cables so I was able to take the one from the second base; however, that one didn't work as well and Matthew blamed it on another bad Smart Cable. He was going to send out a Smart Cable that he "Updated" but it was going to take time to get it. I already reported the issue to the company that sold the bases to me and they were already sending out two brand new bases. New bases came the following Tuesday and I had the installers try to connect and setup the bases but it failed with the EXACT same issue and Matthew again told me it was a hardware issue with the Smart Cable. At this point I have tried FOUR new bases and Smart Cables and NONE of them worked. Since NONE of their products are returnable I would HIGHLY recommend a FULL demonstration of them setting up the bases working with the Sleeptracker!

I can only imagine the level of disappointment for many customers if they get Russell's advice.
This person was very weird to say at least. We went there and it seemed he was bothered by my mattress knowledge and my firmness preference. Totally surreal...
Very rude guy.
I would say, "so I bought this Tempurpedic mattress that has the tallest core", and he would immediately say "nope". Ok, I have the numbers from the Tempurpedic website but nope. Just an example, there were multiple nopes.
The guy also said that all Tempurpedic models will last 20 years. No more, no less, nothing in between, 20 years period... The mattresses will always feel the same according to him, so basically at the twentieth birthday, I guess the mattress will disintegrate into another dimension...
I said, "based in construction, my Pro Adapt Firm will be longest lasting in the entire line"; he immediately said, "nope"... Obviously he missed physics class, otherwise he would know that foam durability is strictly and exclusively tied to density. Not all Tempurpedic mattresses have the same dense materials. Having the tallest and densest core, thinner and densest comfort layer at 12" tall, makes the Pro Adapt firm the most durable Tempurpedic mattress, by far. Simple physics...
I also said, "so my mattress has broken in a little after two weeks", also got an immediate "nope"... I said, "the Pro Adapt firm you have here at the store feels a little different, a tad softer from people trying it out", again, an immediate, "nope, that's not possible, they all feel the same". Everybody knows that foam mattresses break in a little after several days of usage, but not according to him. Even Tempurpedic tells you on their website about foam break in period. Also there can be noticeable discrepancies between the same exact models, because the manufacturing process and chemical combinations are not always the exact same. But of course he wouldn't know...
The guy doesn't know much of anything about layer construction, thickness, and properties of Tempurpedic mattresses. He literally doesn't know the difference between the core and the comfort layer.
He's a big guy, well over 250lb, and his preference was the luxe soft and he wishes it was even softer... Well that's ok, there is also petite people who love a very firm mattress but that's s rare personal preference. You can't recommend, as he was, to a heavy person to buy a soft mattress with absolutely no support for your weight. I was trying for the heck of it the Luxe Adapt soft, sinking like crazy, and he was like possessed saying, "but you are supported"... Ok man, I am sinking seven inches into the mattress but I am supported... So he doesn't even know what support is when it comes to a mattress...
I bought my Pro Adapt King at amazon for $2799, instead of $3999 at the store. He was saying, "that's impossible, something wrong with that, Tempurpedic controls the sales prices". If you go to the Tempurpedic website they will tell you that other retailers will have different prices. So he was wrong again.
I just wanted to go there to test mattresses because we wanted a change, maybe go for something a bit softer, but it turned into a "no, I'm right and you're wrong scenario". I wasn't even mean, or trying to be a smart lecturing guy at all... I was shocked with this guy's attitude. My guess is that he have some insecurity issues, and an obviously tremendous lack of knowledge of the products he's trying to sell, making the perfect environment for his personal tantrum.
Again incredibly bizarre and unpleasant experience.
But hey, the mattress is great regardless of being a bit firmer for our taste, Tempurpedic makes great products and we will be coming back in the future, just not at this store with Russell the "nope guy".

TEMPUR LUXE ADAPT KING

Big Nightmare Was Lied to Manipulated. Defrauded out of $5,000 of my SSI, due to trusting in him
But he swindled me knew I couldn't afford bed wasn't right for me. Confused I'm disabled.

Lied to by metromattress who sells Tempurpedic,I was swindled into spending $5,000 for Luxe adapt king mattress never for me. Caused my back to go out several times. Could never sleep more than 3 hours.
I got physically sick. And still am. Due to this 90 days of hell.
Was told they would honor Tempu 90 day guarantee. And waive $99 return fee. I contact regional sales manager Craig P, who sold me mattress. In day 11, and 13 telling him the nightmare I was having asked for advice. I have his personal email. After sale he stopped responding. I told him by email to pick up mattress and return to store if he couldn't help me. Then I again make contact with him on day 90, He claimed it was day 92 when I txted him to come pick up the mattress. After sending him several emails. Stating he wont take it back. I'm on SSI disabled both physically /mentally. Craig P from Metromattress lied, took advantage of me, and said he won't take it back before 90 days. Everything he said was lie to confuse me dupe me out of not being able to return.

Craig was unclear by so many things. I thought he said I had to give it at least 90 days to break in the bed before he would take it back.
I truly am confused by this whole thing and Craig was not honest to me on ANYTHING.
