Terrible service. They proudly proclaims one day delivery. That is not true! My daughter in Texas ordered flowers for her sister in Vermont. They were never delivered dispute my Daughter calling serval times today. I finally called at 8pm and was told they were trying to locate driver. I suggested that he probably was in bed by now. I had her track the order. Took a long time and she finally came back with the excuse that he didn't have the street number. I asked if he was still circling the block. W Rutland is a small village. If he had stopped at any business or residence they could have told him. Telephone E numbers were provided. Apparently he chose to continue to circle. This Flower company had the numbers to call and didn't gave. Ague reassurances about the delivery. Also please read their policy. They share all your financial information with third parties. Probably make more money from that then the nonexistent flowers. Save yourself disappointment and use a reputable Florist service

My coworker had to put down one of her fur babies. We picked this bouquet because it was beautiful online. When we were sent a thank you with the picture, I was very disappointed. Not what I paid for. Even the vase is a cheap/generic one. When I tried to call and find out when the flowers might be delivered since they were ordered ahead of time. Receptionist that answered gave me a big attitude and told me to call the following day and they would let me know if they were delivered or not. Customer service is awful. Will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered two Mother's Day bouquets in APRIL for a May 13 delivery. I am currently wheelchair bound and unable to get out, but wanted to be sure people who have gone the extra mile to help me out got recognized.
Today, on the 13th, I received a lame "sorry we had a glitch and your order is now cancelled. Refund in 3 to 5 business days."
Never never never do business with them. They're not even local (Carroll County, Maryland) despite their deceptive claims to the contrary. I'm angry.
Absolutely do not order from this place! It's a total SCAM. The site said same day delivery. NOT! They trick you into the site is a locally owned business. IT's NOT! They say free delivery in the area. They charged for the delivery. We never received the flowers, now I'm working to get my 90 bucks back
Hello, I've never written a negative review online but this "Terry's Florist" at *******738 was a truly bad experience. I called after seeing their site online because they represented themselves as a local Concord, Ca. Florist that can do a last minute same day delivery just down the street from the flower shop. I quickly learned this was a out of country call center, phone center in Taiwan and they had no idea what the status was of my delivery when the flowers failed to arrive on 6/21/21. Flowers arrived day after my employees birthday and the flowers were poor quality. When I originally called the lady on the phone told me she was in Concord, Ca and flowers are done locally which is what I wanted. I also learned their site is fake and the reviews are not real. I should have come to this site where I see truly all the accurate negative reviews about this floral provider. Lesson learned, you think you're doing one thing and it's the complete opposite online. I'm usually very savvy online but this site and my call certainly deceived me. Happy shopping Everyone.

Ordered the premium version of the bouquet on the right. My family member received the one on the left. I paid $80+. Terry's refused to make this right or provide a full refund. They just sent me a copy of their substitution policy which states they can substitute flowers for others if they're out of stock. As you can see, there are no substitutions… just empty space. I could have done better buying flowers at a gas station!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and like almost everyone here, they never arrived. They told me over the phone that they were located in the city I was having them delivered to which was a lie. When I asked for the address they hung up on me. I asked for cancellation 30 minutes after placing the order and they said it was not their policy…they emailed me that the arrangement had been delivered, but when I told them I knew for a fact that they didn't arrive I was told they were sorry and there had been some confusion. Apparently they didn't deliver them and I would get a credit in 3-5 business days….charge is still pending and I have already been to my bank and been issued s new card. How disappointing. I should have read the reviews first.
Terrible business DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. Order cancelled in late afternoon for an order placed in early morning. This was a birthday order. Shop offered no substitute flowers. Placed on hold several times. Hung up on me every time I was placed on hold. BUYER BEWARE. I Should add that I never ordinarily leave reviews, even for normal bad business experiences. THIS FLORIST IS AWEFUL.
I use the term florist loosely. This company is NOT who they say they are. I sent flowers last month to a funeral home for a colleague and they conveniently charged my card and called the TWO DAYS LATER to tell me delivery was delayed. They didn't have the plant I ordered. I ordered a large Peace Lily. They charged me twice what the initial charge should have been. I tried to give them a second chance. I ordered a $176.48+ plant, and they charged me only to tell me again that there was no stock. I called and asked for a manager and was given a bad number. I asked them to reverse the charges and they said it would be 5-7 business days before they could be reversed. If you put "local florist" in your search, somehow, they pop up in every area including my own. They do not exist locally nor have they ever. I will NEVER be scammed by these people again. I wish I could give them a "0" for a rating.

This site claims to be a local florist yet they are nowhere to be found. I believe wholeheartedly they are scammers and should not be allowed to sell flowers that don't exist. This is my second experience with them and I will not be burned again.

Tried to order an orchid for a colleague who had a loss.
I ordered flowers and what was received was nothing like what I ordered. On top of that a portion of the flowers were already noticeably dying. When I contacted the company with my concerns all the company they had to say was they were within there rights based on the flower substitution policy. Which I disagree that the substitution was of same value. But on the bigger issue they choose not to address the dying flower issue all together. I did reach out to them again, they are now ignoring me. With delivery I spent $91. Pictures attached, what I ordered, what was received, two pictures of the dying flowers. The pictures were taken the day the flowers were received.
So incredibly disappointed.
Please do not purchase from them. You never know they are going to send.
I ordered a premium bouquet for a sick relative and what showed up amounts to a $10 grocery store purchase. It looked nothing like the photos and the quantities we're about 1/4 of the deluxe bouquet. $100 for 4 roses and some baby's breath? Horrible customer service, not interested in rectifying the situation or offering any sort of refund or credit. Avoid at all costs!
See the difference between what was ordered and what was received! A big difference! Save your money and call a real florist!

I called and ordered some flowers today because they stated they were a "family owned" business. The flowers were to be delivered same day. I left my phone number in case of any problems/issues! When I got home from work, I saw an email stating that the order had been cancelled due to low supply! You didn't know this when I ordered the flowers!? What bad customer service not to call and see if there was maybe another arrangement that could have been sent! I would never recommend this florist and should have read the reviews to begin with! They have a 1 star rating!
Arrangement wasn't even close to the picture I ordered. I ordered a premium display and paid $160 and it was the smallest display at the funeral. Very poor quality. Worst of all, the arrangement arrived late for the visitation.

This alleged florist in Pflugerville, Texas WILL rip you off.
They put adds up on their website but they don't give you what's in the picture. Whoever's getting the flowers don't know that they are getting mostly old flowers, some greens that look like weeds, and very few actual flowers. They don't have the vases shown with the picture and want to sub for some plain clear glass vase but give no credit for what they don't give you. PLUS... the delivery was late and not delivered on time as agreed to. This florist provides such poor service but you'll never know unless you actually see what what sent. Ordered flowers on Friday for a 80th birthday on Saturday. They were never delivered. When I contacted them on Sunday they gave me the run around. When I contacted them on Monday they gave me a complete different story than what they told me on Sunday. They kept putting me on hold for over an hour. Today is Thursday and they still have not resolved the problem. They are not a flower shop they are a service that takes tour money and order and sends it elsewhere for less money. They ruined a special occasion and did not fix the problem.
Don't ever order from Terry's Florist because you don't get what's on the picture on their web page. I ordered something for $69.99 for my sister's 70th birthday and it was about half, if that, of what I ordered and it wasn't even the same arrangement. I give them a zero star rating only put one star so it would go through
What a terrible company. My mother ordered flowers to be delivered for my baby shower. The flowers weren't delivered and when I called I was told the order was cancelled due to lack of supply. Which would've been fine if someone had let my mother know so that she could've ordered something different or ordered from somewhere different. But no one contacted her so my baby shower came and went with no flowers from my mother. Despicable. How hard is it to make a phone call to a customer? Well, I should say, a customer no longer... How awful that a company takes an occasion typically filled with emotion and ruins it for people whether it be a baby shower or a wedding or a funeral. I do not have proof of purchase since I was not the one purchasing the flowers but they were able to locate the order by giving them my mother's last name. So it did exist.

I don't know who Terry is but she needs a new florist! My sister and I ordered some flowers for our grieving sister and not only did she received them the day after they were supposed to arrive but they were not what we ordered. They said they are allowed to make substitutions in order to ensure a timely delivery, which DID NOT happen! My sister ended up on the phone with the rudest customer service representatives this company has. She was left on hold for half hour increments and hung up on three times! Promises and lies. That is what you seem to get with this florist. We will NEVER use this place again or recommend them. If anything we will go out of our way to tell everybody not to use them.
They advertise as a local family run business but we have learned they are not! I did not receive what I had ordered - but instead got a very much smaller and inferior spray with half dead wilted flowers. I ordered a beautiful spray called the ocean breeze spray. With a white ribbon with blue letters spelling out BROTHER. I called several times trying to rectify the issue but they made zero attempts to resolve this and even after sending an email with pictures. They've told me "another department must review. Such BS. I am disputing the bill with the cc. Please see pics of what we ordered and what we received horrible. They deserve a 0 rating!

This is part of a national phone service that told me they were a local shop. I paid $85 for a specific arrangement and was told both online and on the phone that they had the arrangement I wanted, although they would not provide a picture before delivery. They sent a different arrangement, which I saw later in a picture, and refused to refund my money, saying the fine print allows them to substitute. Repeated emails and calls were met with requests to repeat all my information as they did not send the order ID. A shameful operation. Wish I had read your reviews before I ordered.
This business does not deserve one star. I ordered flowers as a birthday gift for my mom. My mom is in her 60's and no one has ever sent her flowers. I wanted to "wow" her, and chose a gorgeous arrangement from the Terry's Florist website. The arrangement that she receive was nothing like the photo or website description. The flowers weren't the ones advertised and the colors weren't the same. The arrangement was very small compared to what was advertised. I could have purchased a nicer arrangement for $10 from the grocery store. I reached out to the company hoping they would make an effort to make things right. They offered me a 25% refund, and said they would note my feedback... I'm not sure how this company is still in business. I run a small business and I would be out of business if I treated my clients in this manner. They should be ashamed of their customer service and their shady business practices.
