The Monitoring Center

I worked for this company years ago and the culture is beyond terrible, long hours, low pay, discriminate people of colour ( this is very true) only promote white, they pass over minority working there for 2 years and promote a white bad manners and inexperienced woman as soon she passed her probation. They simply refuse to promote any minority, you can go see for yourself. The supervisors are so abusive, if you are not their bottom feeters they come to work and zone you out for 12 long hours. Believe this too, you have to ask permission to go to the washroom as if you are 5 years old and they will deny you the right to go pee. Can you imagine you are working for 12 hours and you sit there for 41/2 hours and really want to pee only to hear a supervisor tell you to hold it until she comes back from a smoke break. Senior personnel treat you like crap and remind you every day how long they have been working there and never make it a dull moment to keep you under their feet. So stressful. I never had high blood pressure until I work at this job and as soon as I left no more blood pressure problems. These people drain the life out of you. They let the Caucasians walk through the back door that the owner is against opening or anyone using but minorities could not use it. Everyone comes there leave so fast as the environment is so toxic and believe those comments as they are so real and true and to be honest I think they had dumbed down the reality of their experience a whole lot. Don't waste your time working here as you will leave with all types of stress. Just simply not worth it unless you lack self esteem.
