Helps so much to get the knots out from my body and loosen it which the foam roller doesn't usually get out. It has made a large difference both pre and post workout. My muscles feels much looser after using it and I don't have so worry about getting cramps.

“WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!”

Worst experience ever! I ordered Theragun prime in October. One week later, I received Theragun mini. I've immediately made a call to customer service on 12/1/21. They emailed me later, requesting further information (serial number, order number etc.). I have no longer heard from them. Since then I've sent 6 emails. I always get the same answer/request and no further information! They have been resolving this issue for 16 days now and haven't resolved nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from Therabody, this has been the worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!
I ordered Theragun prime in October. One week later, I received Theragun mini. I've immediately made a call to customer service on 12/1/21. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from Therabody, this has been the worst experience ever!

Tip for consumers:
Do not order anything - it is not worth the struggle.

I purchased a Theraface in April for my daughter's bday. The address number was autocorrected on their system and delivered to the wrong address. I understand that I should have reviewed the confirmation. However, Therabody expressed no empathy when I asked for a discount to send my daughter a replacement. They refused to give me ANY discount because "against policy." Really? Don't have the stomach to order another one for my daughter. Double check your address!

This company has some really great products but the customer service is terrible, I've had some problems with one of their products and they've ignored me for months not wanting to help me replace a product under warranty. I would think twice about buying anything from them they're extremely difficult to deal with.

On the advice of the center where my daughter with multiple disabilities is being treated, I ordered the Wave Solo twice. The first order via PayPal failed, the second order via PayPal also failed, the third order via Credit Card failed and finally it worked via Google Pay (linked to the same Credit Card). The problem was not with my PayPal account, nor with my credit card. But 4 payments have now been debited for 1 successful order. PayPal refers to seller Digital River, but that is Therabody's payment provider and it refers to Therabody. Therabody doesn't bother to solve the problem. They keep saying that they have not received the payments. In short, the problem started on February 28, it is now March 8 and I am still missing more than 300 euros due to incorrect debits via PayPal and 150 euros are still incorrectly reserved on my credit card. The customer service is deplorable and not solution-oriented at all. Be warned if you order here.

Still waiting on a credit from a return that was received by the company on Jan. 30,2023. I reach out to customer service and they continue to state they have technical issues.

Though the Theragun may be a great product, their customer service is horrible! No phone number and over 1 hour wait online to chat. This was just to return the carrying case I got. The website and link to return the case is not working. I tried emailing them, but hadn't heard back in over 4 days. Once I got someone on chat, they said they will process my request and I will hear from them shortly by email. I asked what does shortly mean, and how long does the request take, they actually disconnected from the chat. If you decide to by the produce I would try to purchase if from an actual Therabody storefront. You may have better luck with customer service.

This company sucks! I placed an order on 11/30 and I got notification that my delivery will arrive today! Yay finally! Oh but wait, it says it is being delivered to Santa Cruz, California... I live in North Carolina! Verified the address on my order was correct before I called to complain. Their "customer service" is more like "customer disservice" I have been hung up on my them numerous times by employees when they could not figure out the problem. I was told I could have a refund by an employee on the phone and then I woke up the next day to an email saying they would not issue a refund until I sent the product back to them. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. I have wasted countless hours on hold and waiting on associates to figure this out. They said there is nothing they can do and they refuse to issue me a refund. What the hell?! Save your money and go with a different company.

I was contacted my upper management regarding my recent experience with my order that failed to go through. I explained my situation to the supervisor and she was extremely apologetic for what happened with the previous customer service rep. She was able to help refund the pending charge on my card and told me she would honor the Black Friday promo once I placed a new order. The manager followed up with me by calling me and sending me an email of our conversation. I finally placed a new order and received my order and a credit for the Black Friday promo. I'm happy with the customer service the manager provided me but they really need to work with their agents to provide the same experience from the beginning.

I placed an order on Sunday, Nov 28th with the Black Friday promo. The order processed without any issues. Then I realized I never received an order number. I called to inquire but they can't find my order. I call my cc company and it shows a pending charge for Therabody. I called again to inquire and basically I have been going in circle with these people and my cc company can't drop a pending charge because it's pending. Customer service and Theragun can't seem to figure out what to do. What a nightmare! In the meantime I'm thinking if this is how they treat a potential customer then how do they treat their regular customer. Needless to say I'll be shopping with their competitor.
