They charged me for 3 devices at the same time and never refunded me or returned my multiple emails asking for help. In the end, the app never worked, and I only got a response saying to wait 24 hours for the data to sync, even if more than 24 hours had passed when I asked. So I kept trying to contact support to no avail for almost a month, no response. So avoid this app!

Call recording great. When it works. Audio record rarely works. Long load times. Poor customer support. Crap interface

I got the top license it didn't work they didn't even send a purchase confirmation email and tried to contact the support they replied only once then never did again I called that number they gave online they also responded once then disappeared I am going to report this today itself I have thrown money and I will post here the report that I made and will be focusing on this until I get back my right EVERYONE MUST DO THE SAME

I bought premium service for my teen phone from wispy. I gave all permissions to this app, remove anti virus so this app works fine but this is a scam. Like, My teen went out of the state with my wife 2 weeks ago and the current location said its still in my house and also time stamp says up-to-date lolz(See screenshot). No live correspondence or feeds or anything. Refreshing period is like 2 or 3 days if you are lucky otherwise app even didn't load on the browser and always give error as i attached below. Messages, Videos, Pictures. All option are useless and not even updating. Live video and audio call record useless where they selling their product where you can listen live surrounding is a big lie. Fraud. Even, i cannot see any twitter, Facebook or any social platform messages. Don't trust this app. I have all screenshots and prove if you want. I still have 2 months of service so whatever proof you want i can give it to you. Don't buy this. Fraud. Waste of Money

App is not capable to upload all data. The customer care did not reply. They just earn money. Never buy it.

Just over a year ago, I gave my 12-year-old son his own cell phone. He was just excited to use his new smart device at the start. But after a few months, things got worse. Day and night, he was always online. My colleague recommended me TheWiSpy app for parental monitoring. I installed it on my child's phone and restricted all the inappropriate apps from his device. I pay for this service and not getting the correct information I'm getting calls and text messages from Last year nothing from this year this was a waste of my money

The most challenging thing about being a working parent is that you can't keep up with your kids' life routines, which worries you the most. TheWiSpy reviews appeared to me when I searched for an app to monitor my children while I'm away. I bought the app to block unfitting websites, but I am amazed to see its other features. I can track my girl, who is in her early teenage years while sitting at my office. I can also monitor her mobile phone activities and get a daily report on her internet usage. Isn't it amazing?

The app doesn't work at all easily detectable I complained many times they did not refund me as well

This is garbage. Nothing is in realtime, and the page always stalls out or takes forever to load. The app offers a list of things and doesn't tell you that you don't get it unless you pay a totally different subscription

Trying too many tracking apps but at last I found wispy which is almost better than other apps specially in location tracking and messages tracking. Good results

I was searching for an android app so that my family could monitor my 84 year old father with Alzheimer's whereabouts and activities. I admit that I did not do my normal full on research when I chose Thewispy as the product to use - there was a sense of urgency at the time to find something. And what I read, it appeared to be a good option. WRONG!

I followed all the directions after paying their fee in order to get the product set up. Right from the beginning there were numerous problems. 95% of the options you are supposed to have access to didn't function - returning an error. Trying to contact someone was unreal. When you speak to someone (in Hawaii?), they tell you to send a text of your issues using the same number and to await a response. The response comes via email that first says a ticket has been created followed by instructions to follow to correct the problem reported.

This went back and forth for weeks. I paid for a product/service that did not function as advertised. I followed each corrective function always having the same result.

I have literally spoken to ONE person for about 30 seconds - and when they answered the phone, they said, "hello". No company name. No actual name of the rep. VERY SKETCHY.

Two months passed and still no actual working solution. I sent them an email (to the several email addresses they used in contacting me) and requested a refund. The response was the usual - a ticket created followed by the issue has been referred. NO REFUND issued - and no communication why not. I sent another email demanding a refund and got the same response. I also included that they do not have permission to make any charges to any form of payment they may have kept on file. Same response.

SO BEWARE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS GIVEN ABOUT THIS SERVICE. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM AT ALL. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I am in process of filing complaints with every governmental agency I can and will be putting up a youtube video about them soon.

I was so overwhelmed to see my child spending hours on his phone. He is only 8, and it haunts me to see him glued to his tablet. Didn't live upto what their site said. After I installed and wasn't able to retrieve anything from the phone I was told there was a "glitch" that they were working on an update. Few days go by and I reached out again and was told the update was done but I would have to uninstall then reinstall their app on that phone. For a "tracking/spy" app I would have expected it to update automatically. Also their customer service chat was rude and unprofessional. He kept leaving the chat and when I asked him to stop his response was he had to talk to multiple customers at a time.

IT DOES NOT WORK. NOT UPLOADING ANY DATA TO SIGHT AND THEY DONT REPLY. SCAM. RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY

I purchased this app and i paid for it, the money was taken out of my account, and i cant get any one to answer me or help me, i have called them 3 or 4 times i have emailed them 3 or 4 times i even left 3 or 4 messages on the 24/7 assistance platform and still nothing, its been 3 days and not one person from this company has reached out to me, but they sure did take my money quickly, my son was so excited to get his cell phone and the poor kid cant use it yet because this lovely company cant get back to me so i can get it installed on his phone. If you want a headache and a company to ignore you then hey this is for you, but i personally am gonna spend a little more money and go with a company who values me as a customer and actually returns my call and emails. Worst service i have ever gotten in my life..

After my neighbor told me about a horrific incident of how a stranger catfished her daughter and tried to exploit her, I couldn't resist getting an Android spy app to monitor my kids.
