My email was lost, my credit card had been cloned so I had destroyed it. I could not get access to my concert tickets. I rang their helpline and they very quickly sent me an email attaching the tickets. Excellent service.
After waiting 3 weeks for a refund on a ticket that I never received, the customer service rep told me I had to email the venue and figure it out for myself. Again, I had to wait three weeks of emailing these people back in forth with them continuously telling me they "are working on it" or "looking into it". Any message I would receive would essentially be scripted with a line or two of grammatically error-ridden text from the "customer service rep" I was supposedly working with. Insane

The worst experience ever...
Ordered several tickets here for the concert of Coldplay. I have never received any ticket on my account. Some tickets were sent by e-mail, others not. Zero customer service. Continuously receiving meaningless e-mails written by AI... No refund for missing tickets. No attempt to find the reason of missing tickets. They do not consider any responsibility for what is happened. It's a lottery: either you attend the concert, or you lose your money... Shame on you!

The attached view with a considerably sized light cost me £138 from Ticketmaster for a special occasion. I paid for the ticket next to that for the same price. It was sold as a premium ticket. When I complained they passed the buck, made lots of excuses and refused to acknowledge that my claim was valid despite photographic evidence. This photo was taken at head height. Have always purchased through Ticketmaster. Not anymore. It seems they gave no clue what they are selling to people and take no responsibility when things go wrong. Shameful.
Tip for consumers:
Very poor customer service.
I booked 4 tickets for this concert it cost me £150 and they have sent them to another persons email address as said my was spelt wrong don't know why they will not refund my money as I don't have any tickets. So where have they gone disgusting they are nothing but con people. They are not being helpful at all and seen as they don't have anyone to speak to happy to take your money but won't refund it shame on you I will never use this company again they need reporting to trading standards
Tip for consumers:
No
Not only did they sell me the wrong tickets, meaning I had to purchase more on the promise of a refund. A refund I'd get "within two weeks" it's been over a month and I keep getting the same generic copied and pasted email about "extraordinary circumstances" with no sign of my money. Absolute shambles of a company with no idea about customer service.
Never again will we book with Ticketmaster. Absolutely shocking.
Had our matinee cancelled 1.5 hours before hand and still waiting for a refund. 8 weeks later and still going round in circles. You cannot speak to literally anyone. The telephone numbers advertised no longer exist. Constantly emailing and sending a screenshot of the booking confirmation along with the booking reference number. Just getting nowhere. I don't know how they can get away with this. They certainly won't be having our custom again.
I resold tickets as I was unable to attend an event. The resale was very straight forward but I have now been waiting nearly 2 months for the money to be transferred back into my account. Through customer service I requested several times that I wished to make an official complaint and not once did they tell me that it had been escalated. Customer service very, very poor and still no money...

A complete mess on our installment payments for Download 22. Unable to contact them directly to resolve despite chasing them for 3 months. Unable to change the payment card (it had expired) and there was one outstanding payment which we kept telling them.
After being told we could get the tickets at the Box office... they then forfeited them on the day of the event! We were stood in a field with all our camping gear and our 7yr old, 200 miles from home. £700 out of pocket! An utter joke!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Ticketmaster
I attempted to sell my tickets through their fan to fan resale, subsequently received an acknowledgement they had sold only to be informed days before the event this had been an error and that unfortunately the time to relist had expired due to the closeness of the event. Customer Service impossible to contact me other than email, eventually recognised their error but we're "unable" to do anything about it. Disgusting company, do not use, definitely not what it used to be
Used their resell service. They sold the tickets within hours, Ticketmaster received the money immediately but are making me wait 13 months to receive payment. Scandalous behaviour and borderline fraud.
Ordered tickets for Wicked in London for 27th December, event was cancelled on the 24th December due to covid which is fair enough.
15 days later no communication around refund and even worse there is no way to contact them via phone, email or live chat.
There website is specifically designed to restrict your ability to contact them around cancellations.
Even a standard email to explain how long a refund would take would be useful.
Totally unacceptable to blank customers who are waiting for refunds amounting to hundreds of pounds
Absolute disgrace
Ticketmaster are shocking! You cannot speak to anyone, only email, then you receive a standard response. They're happy to take your money and then do nothing to resolve a problem or inquiry. I'll never use them again!
Ticketmaster have stolen my money are refusing to refund me. This has been going on for 3 months with excuses made everytime. Their customer service is disgusting and if your event is cancelled you will never see your money again.

I re-sell our taylor swift tickets in Ticketmaster UK on November 2023. I have been struggling to receive the payment of the tickets re-sell. I have provided my Passport and all the necessary documents and I have also provided new UK bank details as they requested. I was informed on January 26,2024 that my payment is in the queue but until today February 21,2024 I have not received my payment. I was also informed that this issue is escalated to finance team but I have not receive any update. I read in other reviews that many people experience the same and some say Ticketmaster UK ripped off customers who re-sell their tickets. Can anyone please share and help how I can get my money back from Ticketmaster UK?

I just got scammed by Ticketmaster. They sent me an e-ticket, underneath it said "I will scan the barcodes at the entrance". There are no barcodes on the tickets! I emailed them but of course no response. Beware of this fraudulent company! I do not recommend.

I bought tickets for 2 concerts through Ticketmaster thinking they are a reputable company. I live overseas and paid for them from my iverseas bank account. Shortly after arriving in UK my circumstances changed and I have to return home. Despite buying insurance I couldn't claim so decided to resell at a loss.
I contacted Ticketmaster 4 times telling them I don't have a UK bank account and can I still get a refund? They continually didn't answer my question and after my tickets had resold they suspended my account.!
I am still messaging them but they do t answer my questions. After seeing g all the 1 star reviews this company has I am losing hope of seeing my money again. Ticketmaster must be making a fortune selling tickets, then reselling them and not refunding. That's a lot of money they are keeping.
Don't think I'll ever book any tickets with them again.

I have had an ongoing issue with ticketmaster as I had to change my email address and they have been so incompetent in terms of allowing me to transfer tickets to my current email address.
I have sent them what feels like hundreds of emails when, if I could speak to someone, I'm sure it could be resolved a lot quicker
The whole experience is so frustrating and I have spent hundreds of pounds on tickets which have now disappeared from view
I would recommend using a different vendor, I will be avoiding ticketmaster in future at all costs
Ksi fight changed but no refund treble service and a con to the public wil never use you again do not use ticketmaster
Scammers. I paid nearly £200 for Barry Manilow tickets which never arrived and I've had no delivery confirmation. There is absolutely no customer service and I can't place in a claim for the money back.
Brought x3 tickets for New Order at the O2 London but due to work commitments we could not go so tried to sell them at below face value but Ticketmaster wouldn't let me so I lost a my money the con merchants

If 0 stars were an option Ticketmaster would achieve this … and it would be overscored! Where do I start? My wife bought me a ticket for Roger Waters last September and, in our opinion, it should be possible for someone to buy a ticket for their partner as a gift without sharing the account but not so with Ticketmaster as electronic "tickets" are non-transferrable. Their "tickets" however are not electronic as normal people would expect i.e. Available to print at home. Oh no, too simple. You must download an app using your email address but if someone bought you a ticket on their email it is impossible for you to use it! Great! So can you talk to someone to get it sorted? No, the 0333 number advertised is no longer in use so you have to send an on-line enquiry and cross your fingers!
Their "Ticketmaster Fan Support" (what does that even mean as a job title?) failed to understand the issue and even after 9 emails by me and about the same by Airel we got nowhere and I had to take a screenshot of the "ticket" that my wife sent me and I took printed copies of all of our receipts etc. - thankfully I did manage to get in.
There were typographical errors in the responses to my emails from Ticketmaster and they were obstructive and undiligent and did not read what I had written and was also totally lacking in sympathy or empathy.
Some of the issues I endured yesterday were of Airel's making but some are clearly procedural and therefore created by a lack of training or care by senior management within Ticketmaster.
One positive I can record is that, quite unexpectedly, their CEO Mr. Parsons did respond to me (or at least one of his team!), albeit after the event; surely his intervention upon receipt of my 2 emails directly to him on the day of the concert, would have been far more appropriate?
On a completely separate issue why do all Ticketmaster's emails start with "##- Please type your reply above this line -## " it makes no sense?
Tip for consumers:
That it is impossible to buy concert tickets as a gift for someone else and that they have no understanding whatsoever about customer care. Why leave it until the last minute 8 months after purchase, to let you know that the ticket is not valid for who it was bought for?

Don't buy ticketmaster gift cards they are pathetic and don't work. I was waiting for my daughter to see if she could work it out but in the mean time download sold out I now have a gift card for a download ticket with£300 on that is a waist of time pathetic and reading other reviews I don't think ticketmaster will care
