Very disappointed with Ticketmaster- I'm furious. Booked and cancelled twice now, my concert (5SOS) has been delayed and rescheduled without my knowledge. The newly rescheduled date which is seven months from now is not convenient for me and my sister due to work commitments and therefore we cannot attend. They will not refund my money. I've attempted to get my money back on numerous occasions and Ticketmaster keeps coming back with generic excuses. I've been a loyal patron of this company for years but never again. I'm sharing my experiences as I am more than certain there are many other people who have experienced the same appalling service. I encourage everyone reading who's gone through similar problems to share this- I'm talking about hundreds of dollars lost here.

The Melbourne formula 1 Grand prix was cancelled due to covid-19 Ticketmaster refunded my payment to a closed account. Australian Grand prix corporation has been very unhelpful along with Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster seem to refuse to trace and recall my funds even though I have spoken with my bank over several hours several times and they are categorically stating the funds are not held in their bank and my account was closed months before. All they seem to do is fall back on "you need to contact your bank for the funds" they will not provide an audit trail or any proof of the funds being deposited into my account apart from their payment receipt. They are a very difficult organisation to get past their 1-300 number and all that you get is to talk or communicate with a lowly customer service representative and they continue to try out the same useless line while refusing to help get my over $900 returned to my account. I will also be lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading and the ACCC.

I had originally purchased a ticket to a concert called(92.7 mix fm), the venue was sandstone point hotel. Because of covid the concert was postponed and rescheduled and i was issued a new ticket for 22 may 2021.the day before the concert i checked with the venue and was informed that the concert was brought forward to Dec 14 2020 and had aklready past, It was also renamed (sunset sounds) with different artists.as i had missed that concert and still had my ticket i asked for a refund and was refused. What a scam how would you know it is even the same concert? Lesson is get refrund straigfht away for a posphoned concert and just buty another when you see it come up, they must be making a lot of extra money this way! Cn *******
