Claim Your BusinessOrdered Coachella tickets and the price was good. Have not yet received but I really just ordered, no worries. They seemed to have a good selection of the extra add ons like camping passes and stuff.
I am living and working in Schaumburg, IL. I decided to take in a Cubs home game so I sought tickets via internet connection. I found ticketpolice.com. Never again. Since I was living in Schaumburg, and since the tickets would be shipped FedEx I elected to have the tickets delivered to my Schaumburg address. That is where the problem started. I supplied billing address, credit card security information and phone number. I was called by an employee of ticketpolice.com and verified that I indeed purchased the tickets. However, this was not enough. Ticketpolice.com required that I fax or scan my ID and credit card face to them. Fortunately, I have travel with a scanner and was able to comply but this is simply inane. Had someone stolen my wallet they would have had my ID, credit card, and maybe even had stolen my phone so they could order Cubs tickets?! Hilarious! In the end, this company seemed not ready for internet revenue and I recommend not using them for ticket purchases until they learn the meaning of customer service. Their stupidity turned what should have been a fun event into a pain in the carcass. Good Luck if you use them. Better yet, don't. You'd be better off watching the game on TV. Victor

Bought tickets in Sec 202 row 2 for Kiss at Wrigley Field. I had first some problems but the staff really made an effort to resolve the issues I had with shipping, and in the end, I did get my tickets before the show, and my shipping costs were refunded. So overall, good service."
