"Purchased tickets in 2019 for a show that was supposed to happen in 2020. Of course which was postponed several times due to Covid and eventually they cancelled in 2021. Over $450 for 2 tickets and all they did was offer credit which will never be used. As many jobs were lost and being able to have that extra monies would have been helpful but the big guy in his big chair doesn't care about the little people. Airlines are even reimbursing their clients just to ensure that have customers coming back. Full refunds (I was one that received it). Please do NOT purchase from this site. Next step is taking this to the media just like customers did that were dealing with Ticketmaster and they were given full refunds. Ridiculous! Oh yes and calling. Best of luck to you unless they are taking your money. Any other reason, you get the run around!"

Purchased 2 tickets to the Ponoka Rodeo and Chuckwagons for $507.37 then found out that the same tickets could have been purchased from the Ponoka box office for $117. Admittedly I am at fault for being stupid enough to order online without checking out other sites. Read the small print.
