Product ordered does not match product shipped. Product ordered was shown as 200ct Twinkly lights IP44 rated (damp location safe) with a proprietary app to control lights (each light in the string individually). Product that arrived was a generic string of fairy lights that are rated IP65 (not safe for damp locations) and a QR code that is a third party app that does not provide the control advertised in original add. I provided Timberal's original receipt and screen shots from time of purchase showing what I received was not what I ordered. Timberal still will not agree to a refund or to send the product as advertised. Timberal reps will not honor their refund policy as stated on Timberal's refund-policy page. Timberal insist that I pay to ship back to China and pay for restocking "you can start ship the item and send it back to our warehouse. When you ship it you have to give us the tracking number and the courrier you use so we can track the way of product. When the item arrive to warehouse and check it we will refund you removing the restocking cost. Please DON'T forget to put this note on your package which written above with black letters because the warehouse will not understand what product is and of course don't forget to send us the tracking number after you ship it."
