The worst customer service that I have experience on a gambling site! Spent a lot of money with them and when my phone automatically declined the bonus they would not give it me back. Did not try to keep me a customer nor did they apologise. Will ensure that friends and family don't go near them. Very poor and unreliable. Stick to well known sites in the future. Twitter and FB will also be informed of the very rude live chat service!

Worst casino ever, consistently give you bonus with wagering requirements that make it impossible to win, there odds on there machines hitting a feature are terrible and when you do get a win it's very low, past week four times I have had over 220 consecutive spins on a single slot, not once did I get a feature or win more than what I'd invested, just consistent wins less than the stake, don't sign up don't deposit, worst site on the net by a mile

Won with my first bet with the company £150 on man united to win returning over £250, withdrew my winnings instantly. Within 20 mins of withdrawing my account was closed and I was told to submit ID to get my money which I have done. 2 weeks on live chat are hanging up on me everytime I go on and they are not responding to emails. Daylight robbery, do not deserve to be a bookmaker

I won 500 notes, say old story as everyone else. I try to withdraw the money, I have to send docs, I have sent them 4 times they keep saying they are not clear enough. The only good thing about this whole experience is it has helped me quit gambling. The worse ever

Signed up for 100% bonus up to £50 offer, which is the main promotion website. After following all the T&Cs I asked how long the free bet takes to credit, they then told me I was ineligible and sent me the T&Cs for a completely different offer and said that is the actual offer I signed up for. £50 down the drain, would report to Trading Standards if I knew how.

Can anyone help on how to actually get them to approve your proof of address that's all that's needed then I can withdraw my money what's I've been told sent it 4 times now

Stay away from this site this is an awful bookie to deal with opened my account start playing making several large bets multiples started winning decided to withdraw £500 as was doing well then I got and email saying withdraw had been cancelled required lots of ID but still could make deposits, anyway when I checked my balance I thought I had done well not realising that infact the £500 had been added to my balance which I eventually lost they should be closed down unfortunately I have to give 1 star

Deposited £200 with titanbet ending up getting to a balance of £470. Requested a withdrawal and as stated they asked for a photo of passport showing who I am and driving license with address on. Sent the documents in. About 36 hours later I had an e-mail to say the documents had been approved and that my withdrawal had also been approved. 3 working days later it landed back in my bank account. Not quick service by any means but my experience hasn't been too bad.

Very unhappy to say I also just got screwed over by the website. I am asking myself over & over again - WHY didn't I check the reviews for this site before depositing my money?!

Won £75 but they refuse to pay out, just keep saying the documents i sent them arent clear enough, but there clear as day. Complete scam. &whatever you do they wont give you a managers phone number, or email. Will just keep saying that managers dont deal with customers, never heard of that in my life.

Absolutely ridiculous, placed a single £25 bet on a tennis game, after reading upon the statistics decided to place another £100, nothing major and only 2.5 odds. Logged in before the game, cash out is there, my account is fine, as soon as the game ends and my bet wins, my account is closed, i am then told to contact customer support who then tell me to email, and i am now waiting for a response £315 in my account that i cannot access absolute joke of a site!

I placed some bets on the US Election - and won. Now I cannot access my account. Support tells me that they don't do business any more with German customers and that open bets were cancelled and stakes refunded (!). They did NOT inform me at the time they did this, but only afterwards when I tried to cash in an winning bet! This is fraud IMHO. Beware!

I don't normally do reviews but after viewing the reviews on here about TitanBet I thought I would give my opinion. I joined this week after receiving an email with certain casino bonuses. I joined and made my first deposit but didn't receive the bonuses the email mentioned. I contacted there customer services via the live chat option which was a little frustrating in itself as they were very slow in replying or I kept getting logged out. Eventually I was told I had to make a sports bet to qualify for a bonus which I found confusing because the bonuses I was originally offered were for there casino. Anyway I laid my sports bet and received the bonus, as I thought the bonus was to use in the sports part of the site and not the casino. I contacted them again via live chat and was told because I had laid a sports bet I now no longer qualified for the casino bonuses which was quite annoying, however in all fairness to them they did offer match my remaining balance that I had deposited to use in the casino which was the original offer I should have received. After using the casino and placing a couple of sports bets I managed to get up to just over £1800, I had read the reviews on here so I was dreading attempting to withdraw it but within 12 hours I had an email stating my withdrawal has been processed, they did not ask for any age verification details and It said I should expect it in my account within 4 - 7 working days. Overall reasonably happy with my experience so far with TitanBet but there are definitely places they could improve

Won £2000 took my £20 deposit without asking who i was or my age, sent driving licence and bank statement wich was stamped in the branch, and says printed in branch, and they said it failed on the quality of the picture even tho it was uploaded by a scaner, my licence was accepted when i uploaded useing a scanner, but oviously they dont want to pay out, never had problems on any other site. Titanbet are scam artist. Stay well away they are $#*!s...

They "double your deposit", giving you some free money to play. But here's a catch: if at any point you win, and decide to withdraw part of the winnings, they not only cancel the bonus, but they also forfeit all the winnings! So basically I lost more than £100 of the money that I've won just because I decided to withdraw a part of it! You really have to be a lawyer to not get caught into this.

I used Titanbet and my heart sank when I read reviews claiming that Titanbet would not pay out people's winnings and made it difficult to withdraw money. Titanbet did ask me for documents to verify my account, however I had a very positive experience with betting on Titanbet's website and they paid my withdrawals of about £75 just two days after I processed it online.

Made free bet offers and when I earned one (by losing £25) they said that a review of my account resulted in me not being eligible. So free bets are on offer but only until you qualify for one and then you don't get it.

I had no problems depositing or withdrawing. I forfeited my bonus on purpose so I didn't have to do the wagering requirements. I then deposited a couple of times and got a decent win and withdrew my winning (few hundred profit, nothing major). After I had requested the withdrawal I got an email confirming it, but it said about trying to refund the money by same way as deposit but might have to pay by a different way and that it might be in a different currency. I was a bit worried at this stage so I started searching online and came across these reviews, then I was very worried as there seems to a lot of bad reviews. But a day later I got another email saying my withdrawal was approved. I didn't have to send them any photographic ID or anything and the money was in my account a few days later. All in all a decent gambling site with a good selection of games.

Tried to register an account, contacted customer services via chat, they take about 20 mins to reply to every question, so RUDE AND IGNORANT, don't waste your time with these losers

Do not be drawn into the slick design of the Titanbet website and its association with Sheffield Wednesday. Once you are gambling with Titanbet all is good until you attempt a withdrawal at which point you will be asked for several forms of ID, you can still continue to deposit but can not withdraw. This will drag on for months and when I wrote a four page complaint and got but a few lines back. Check on the Gambling Commission site where they are registered under PT Entertainment Limited. If you are after a stress free enjoyable experience, then avoid Titanbet and PT Entertainment Limited. There are far better options out there.

Please guys don't use titanbet... when you win some Good amount of money... u will never be able to withdraw your money. They will ask for your bank login, and the documents you ever owned. At the end they will email you that you did not pass their security check. Please pass all the reviews across the globe. They are scam
