Although my first review indicated how horrible the services were (wifi services). The great customer service that I have experienced with t-mobile due to the poor wifi service puts you right to ease. There caring attitude towards the given situation was much needed aswell as appreciated tremendously!

I switched from T-Mobile in November 2023 to another carrier. I received a notice of collection in March 2024 from some "collection" agency saying I owe $222.00 to T- Mobile. I paid my final bill when it was due in November so I could switch and have never received any other bills from them, letters saying I owe anything- nothing. They did try to make it as difficult as possible to drop them. I'm not the only person who has this experience with them. Also their customer service is HORRIBLE! You're basically transported to some foreign country where you can barely understand them and you cannot get off the phone with them and they act like you're best friends. It's repulsive. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC and requesting legal action against TMobile. If you're considering using them as your carrier heed this as your warning and run from them as quick as you can.

Be warned. I wish I wasn't stuck with this service. I was immediately unhappy with their service :/ for one I had to drive 45 min back to that store multiple times bc they kept messing up and my phone wouldn't work, and for 2 they sold me a phone I didn't want and were pushy and then didn't even have it in stock but charged me for waiting to get it delivered and then sent it to the wrong address I told them twice on my license that was already post office changed so then I had to pay more of my own money not to mention gas to have it re reouted to a mail store in town and rush to pick up on my lunch break 2 days after its scheduled delivery.

WHY DOES THE HORRIBLE ROBOT THAT ANSWERS T-MOBILE'S 611 COMPANY PHONE NUMBER NOT RECOGNIZE THAT I JUST PAID MY BILL? WHY DOES IT ASK, "DO YOU WANT TO REFILL YOUR ACCOUNT NOW?" WHEN I ALREADY DID?! WHY HASN'T T-MOBILE EMAILED AND/OR TEXTED ME A PAYMENT RECEIPT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY T-MOBILE BILL HAS BEEN PAID? WHY MUST T-MOBILE CUSTOMERS GIVE THE PHONE ROBOT OUR ACCOUNT PIN NUMBER AS WELL AS GIVING IT TO A HUMAN T-MOBILE EMPLOYEE WHO COULD POTENTIALLY STEAL OR ALTER CUSTOMER PIN NUMBERS? HUMANS ARE GENERALLY WILDLY UNPREDICTABLE BY NATURE. T-MOBILE SHOULD MAKE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED COMPANY CHANGES, AND PLEASE ENSURE THAT THOSE CHANGES ARE MADE. The local T-Mobile offices are not allowed to handle billing/plan changes by TM only the "611" number in the Philippines.
You can't understand the "611" staff and they don't understand English and our bills keep on going up and up.
Our monthly plan should have been about $150 month but because of "611" it is now $344.
On of the ladies in our Tempe TM office has a black eye from an irate customer over continued months of excess charges.
We finally had to cancel because no one in the USA can help us.
We began service with Verizon 1-29-24 for $150.
Verizon told us T-Mobile can't continue billing us after their service was discontinued 1-29-24 but TM did.
We received a FINAL Bill in January 2024, which we paid, but new bills keep arriving incl 3-8-24.
If T-Mobile just paid their staff a decent wage, the managers could handle billing and plan complaints.
The Philippine people are probably paid $2 an hour so they are angry and revengeful.
Just take a fraction on the millions spent in advertising and compensate your American workers to handle disputes.
There are over 8 websites with negative reviews regarding T-Mobile incl the Better Business Bureau.
Praying BBB will help us because our only option is to stop paying them and wreck our perfect credit.

My recommendation of find another provider other than TMOBILE cannot be made strongly enough. They charged me whatever they felt like for over a year. Countless phone calls only resulted in more frustration, but no explanation for the fluctuation in bills. Finally, I got tired of it and made a switch- one of the best decisions in 2023. However, TMOBILE was not having it. Although I called after paying off my phones and was assured that my account was closed with a zero balance, they later said I did not return a hot spot (despite providing a tracking number that it was receive by TMOBILE). Then they sent me to collections for 1O YEAR OLD equipment that they never notified me needed to be returned. That has also been returned. But TMOBILE still will not let go. I have filed a complaint with FCC, and we will see where that goes. But you have been warned...

T-Mobile will take every opportunity they can to screw the customer. Their customer service is worthless. They over-bill and will not correct it. They also give inaccurate information which resulted in me being strained in a foreign country. Do NOT use this company!

I have no complaints other than with their security. I received a post card in the mail from a class action administrator (Kroll) notifying me that T-Mobile had handed over my details in connection with the data breach.

I contacted T-Mobile and they say my data was not part of the breach. So if that was the case, then they should not have passed my into to the law firm and the class settlement administrator to start with.

I fail to see how sharing my information is supposed to help in this situation. I have nothing to gain from the lawsuit. Even if my data was part of the data-breach, I would only be due a very small sum, so what is the point?

They kept charging my credit card after I switched to Verizon. They even tried to charge me $30 for Netflix which I don't have. I will never use them again.

I called T-mobile December 22 and wanted to switch from Att&t,T- mobile customer service offered me a plan for 55$ a month, and I excepted.for only one month they honored they offer,and the next month they charged me 93 $.when I called customer service and asked to talk to supervisor,he told me you can go to lower plan or keep the same one,but pay 95$.I recommend to everyone stay far from T-mobile.They are scammers and lies about their services.

I had Sprint and ever since they merged with T Mobile I've had nothing but problems. I often have no service and can only make emergency calls and they took away my Amazon Prime and are now taking away Tidal but my bill isn't lower because of these cuts. All they care about is money, their customers don't matter. I am switching carriers next month when my contract us up.

Me and my wife got a phone Got phones from t mobile first two weeks for Great after that, the service I could not even use. Hardly we've already had Phones replaced and I will never ever recommend t mobile again to anybody If I had to give it a star, there is no star option. I have medical conditions and I rely on a full service to give me a good phone just because they're free.

We have been Sprint, now Tmobile customers for over 35 years. They have always been good. Now, their in store service is a pleasure.

I'm a tough customer when it comes to service. I am quite satisfied

Crap phone is worthless.
Went in to buy new one. All hurry up & wait.
Got fed up & cussed the $#*!ers.
Dont stock affordable phones.
Got ordered to leave.
Warned lady heading in store. She said theu treated her son Like they treated me.
Think theyre God?
Theyre $#*!s from hell.
Previously Had to fight like hell to make them drop fraudulent charges twice.
$#*!ers should be locked away for life!

Can't hang up the phone call, locks up.
Fantastic features and claims. However, it does not deliver. Going back to my old service provider.
They threatened to delete my account because I installed VPN security app on my phone and desktop!

I had a very rough time transferring service from Xfinity to T-Mobile, a T-Mobile sales person gave wrong information which cost me 3 days without a phone and tons of frustration. But on getting everything worked out and getting a hold of Mary in Rebate Care she was able to be a great breath of fresh air to this tebacle. Thank you very much Mary and hope to hear from you when rebate is active

At 1st TMobile was pretty good but now their internet service SUCKS, when I call them all I get is excuses, lies, and service cutting in and out!
They're doing a crappy job helping/providing for their customers, and as soon as I find another internet provider I'm going to tell TMobile what they can do with their service

Their phone and internet service works well enough but if you get on a prepaid plan don't expect the T-Mobile app to ever work and you'll be lucky if your visual voicemail app works.
I've gotten so sick of bad excuses and no results that I'm switching to Verizon next week.

Have the first responder plan. Was never told to re-verify our first responder status and they immediately took us off the plan and charged us $60. We immediately verified our first responder status and they still refused to credit our account. Obviously we were and still are a first responder. Horrible customer service.

If your thinking of going with tmobile think again and choose another company

Unfortunately I have to call them every month because of being a customer for over 9 years with them I noticed that I had been being over charged. I am grandfathered in with them on a contract and they are trying very hard for me to switch to their "NEW" plan which would cost me more and then my other contract would be null and void. I call every month like clock work for my adjustment and it is a battle of tell me why. I ask them to simply pull my account up and they can see all of the calls not to mention the notes. They say they see them and then ask me to go over it with them again. It is always the same thing. I will make this adjustment and I will call you back with a fix so you don't have to call again. Never hear from the. Makes it hard to recommend them when I found they were doing this for way too long and now have to call and spend roughly an hour of my time on the phone monthly to get it straight. I explained what they could do to correct it and they tell me that is a great idea but we can't do that...a company this size should be able to fix something so simple...guess not. All I can say is not matter who you have service with be sure to watch your bill!

On October 7,2023 I went to a T-Mobile store located at 100 Viewmont Mall 842, Scranton, PA *******. I went into the store and HUNTER helped me. Hunter told me about a promotion and a trade in value. Hunter asserted to me and multiple other people including the account owner that the promotion they were running was for $350.00 PLUS IN ADDITION the trade in value of the old phone which was valued at $260.00 for a total of $610.00 being applied to the new phone making the installment payments a total of $24.58 monthly. On October 12,2023 the phone was received and I was to do the deferred trade in for the old phone. Went to a T-mobile store near home and was told that the information I had was inaccurate and I should call the store that provided that information. On October 14,2023, I spoke to a representative named Jennifer over the phone (recorded calls) and explained the situation, she promised me a call back Monday October 16,2023. THIS CALL NEVER OCCURRED BECAUSE SHE NEVER CALLED ME On October 16,2023 after failure by Jennifer to call me back I called again and was transferred to Nadia another rep. I explained the situation to her and because of the situation she sent me to her Supervisor Danielle. Danielle said that there was nothing they could do to honor the price the EMPLOYEE gave me on October 7,2023. T-mobile's employee misrepresented the terms of the promotion to MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN RELIANCE THE MISREPRESENTED TERMS THE AGREEMENT WAS AGREED TO TMOBILE DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THERE OWN EMPLOYEE'S ERRORS. To put into context, there was misinformation provided by TMOBILE'S EMPLOYEE who they TRAIN and who they are RESPONSIBLE FOR. As a result of the inaccurate information my payments are higher for the new phone then what was represented to me on October 7,2023. I tried to speak with TMOBILE and they refuse to rectify the situation saying they cannot do anything about it. After 13 years I believe it is time to leave.

Nothing. T-Mobile is the worst company ever.
