Hello everyone, about an order ( #26842-TB) (Toasted Bees <*******@toastedbees.com> This website is made by thieves online, please do not buy anything from them. Because they do not send your order, they make excuses and steal your money. I bought a hair clipper six months ago. They withdraw from my account for 2 pics A minute later, I notify them that: I need one pic. They emailed me we do confirm that we had corrected your order, it may be delayed a bit due to coronavirus disease, but we will try to get your order as soon as possible and the money will be transferred to your bank account. It has been six to seven months now that neither my money nor my order has arrived. I emailed 9 to 10 times. In the beginning, they used to make excuses, but now they do not respond at all. After seeing their company ad on Facebook, I purchased a product. About 6-8 weeks later, I finally received the product but it was FAULTY. I have to keep chasing them up for a refund. They say they are a Canadian company but actually it's a Chinese company sending cheaply made faulty products. DO NOT BUY FROM TOASTED BEES. Wish I'd read the other bad reviews before I wasted my money.

I bought the Twist and Bloom container. You twist it and the petals are supposed to open and then you twist it it the other way and the container petals close.
2 of the petals don’t open. You have to manually do it. Then they don’t close.
On June 23 of last year, I ordered a sweatshirt from Toasted Bees. I saw it on line and thought it was cute. My credit card was charged $48.95 the same day, but the product was never delivered! I contacted Toasted Bees 3 times to ask them to issue a refund or deliver the product, but they never complied. Steer clear of this bogus company of false promises. They should be sued!
I made a purchase in August 2020 and still have not received anything. I emailed them but it did not help. I tried to check the status of my purchase, but when i used the number they provided me, it said my order does not exist. I wont be buying from them again.
I ordered a pair of trimmer blades on 7/10/2020 from them and so far I have not received anything.
Does anyone know how to contact them... they have disabled their website and email.
If anyone knows how to contact them please let me know.

This site has stolen my money! No item received after months and months and months.
They kept saying we'll look into it, but took no action... no contact from them for nearly six weeks... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, it is totally fraudulent. I ended up ordering the same item from a different site, and received it within 7 days. Stay away from toasted bees.
I played $40 for a pressure washer attachment back I May 2020, and still haven't got it. No return email no product no refund NO NOTHING. IF I KNEW HOW to put the receipt on here I would. Don't buy from this mob people the thieves. If I could give no stars I would to.

I haven't used any I just haven't received the product. It was supposed to be a water pressure washer you attach to your hose. I don't have it or a reply email from them nor did I get a refund NOTHING.

I ordered one item June 10,2020 and still have yet to receive it. It's November 11th now and the response I received is that they will not refund me because the item was shipped in a timely manner. 5 months and still no item... this company is terrible! Do not order anything. I WANT TO SAVE THE NEXT PERSON FROM THIS FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE!
I had made an online order that went through toasted bees, and that was in may of 2020, i have not yet received my order, it has no updates for delivery or anything else, and they are not responding to emails
Purchase an item more than 3 months now they never shipped the item I keep emailing them they keep telling me they're going to ship the item the next day it's been going on for months now and no item please stay away from toasted bee they are scammer
I bought 2 products 5 months ago I haven't got them.and they do not refund the money, as I ask them.
