We have a team of 17 advisors that uses Nextiva and it has worked out exceptionally for us. I have used several other phone systems and Nextiva has by far had the least down time or problems where we cannot make/receive calls. It is also extremely easy to use. I also like the fact they are constantly trying to improve and you see new features or updates regularly which means to me they aren't satisfied with just good enough, they want to be better.
Krispcall is a lifesaver for entrepreneurs like me who are always on the go. I'm the kind of person who likes to get a lot done. I want to make deals, make calls to remote teams, and check in with my staff. I need a phone system that can keep up with me, so I use Krispcall. It's easy to use, reliable, and affordable. I don't have time to waste on technology that doesn't work.

I have tried to get in touch with these people to tell them to stop charging my account for a service I don't have and have never had. Can't speak to anyone by phone, and the last time I tried to email about it my account was charged double. They are thieves
I have trouble with this company with the following problems, I cannot always call 1-800 numbers (number not available in your area yet I have called this number before and got through) people calling me must try a couple of times to get through. I have contacted the company on numerous occasion never being able to talk with some one. I have placed at least 5 problem tickets withthem and still have the same problem
Bought a SIM in Italy from Wind - AU$ 37 supposed to have 300 minutes plus SMS
After 2 weeks, ran out of credit, only made around ten local calls and a 20 second call back to Australia - tried to find out - called at their office, system down, they say, unable to help. So I bought another E15,( AU$23). After three days I got a message that they had transferred E 10 (AU$15) somewhere and I was down to around $AU$7, which lasted about a week. I had to buy more credit. I went to their local branch, just before I left Italy, to find out why a simple SIM which I had used to make perhaps 30 calls in all ended up costing me nearly AU$80 for 30 calls at the most. Their system, they say, was down and they were unable to help me or explain. Hopeless rip off.

I got my toll free number in couple of minutes activated my traversetelecom, It is very nice experience with traverse telecom, the services offered by it is 100% genuine and 24/7 relaible customer support service
I got the cheaper calls service after reading a few reviews of it in the internet. Easy process to purchase. And then connected with my cellphone number. Now calling home is easy without getting any roaming option or pin based dialing.
I paid 5 but I could not log into site. They did not have any support I received a email after 5 days and then the software was removed by Google Play due to forgery
They do not have a working system. They keep charging for service that they don't provide. If you try to resolve any issues they keep passing you on to the technical tea who offer you conflicting information and don't actually solve anything. Do not use
5 months without my sim card because of the company's fault. They asked me to pay for their own doing after I purchased a data plan online and got allocated the wrong amount of data. Quickly called them to ensure I get this sorted, gave them about a month but they never did anything. Some of the customer service are very much in denial and unhelpful, one even told me to shut my *** up. Unfortunately I didn't get their name as it didn't even expect to be talked down so much. This company does not seem to be regulated at all. The customer service lacks manner and accountability. Everyone is telling you different things.
