This firm is the epitome of everything that can be wrong with an employer: Software Products are average, poor and malfunctioning. I agree with the graphic interface from the 1980's. Full of bugs. Developers spend their times fixing issues while the creative part is left to business analysts! (sic) Poor management, total lack of consideration and respect for employees. No training or development programs whatsoever. Regular bullying and harassment of employees by psychologically disturbed "managers". Total lack of professionalism. Executive management can't take any feedback from lower ranks, no suggestions are accepted, no discussion tolerated. They think they're so perfect that nothing can change! Cherry on the cake: a permanent habit to cheat on employees salaries and benefits... Results: losing clients, high attrition rates, competition too over their market a long time ago. Next step: bankruptcy?

Polaris global mobility edit an online software managing expatriation processes from big international corporations.
The software is presented as SaaS or even "cloud" but it's not really the case. The interface is quite old fashioned, it's not multi tenant, no prices are visible online and the prices change in relation who is the customer for the same type of products, every piece of tuning takes ages and is not automated but has to be requested and implementation takes weeks or months.
It looks like one of these old software from the 80s or 90s on a graphical and work flow viewpoint.
Not very sexy, nor quick or easy to use...
