THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! NEVER SHOP FROM THEM! I TOO AM A SUCKER FOR A GOOD DEAL AND LOST ALL MY MONEY OVER $300.00. I TRIED TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PAIR OF BOOTS AND THEY KEPT THE BOOTS BUT DID NOT SEND ME THE MONEY THEY PROMISED. I HAVE OVER 35 E*MAILS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THESE PEOPLE REASSURING ME THEY WOULD SEND ME THE MONEY. THEY LIED! PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP I DID. TAKE MY ADVICE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE YOU'LL BE A LOT HAPPIER.

Well, it it is confirmed... The website is a hoax to steel your money! Yes, I am yet another sucker. I ordered and recieved not only fake but wrong order. The website seems to now have been taken off-line and cannot get through to any contact numbers I have. I have also tried email but nothing... Chalk up another one for the con-artists of the world...

Don't ever buy anything from this website! Always check and make sure you buy from authorized dealers listed in UGG official website (yes! I learned the hard way). This is definitely not an authorize dealer as they said in their website. The website looks real. However, when I received the confirmation email with the tracking number on it, I noticed they shipped the product from China. It immediately concerned me and the airbill was written in chinese. I strongly believe they sell counterfeit products. No tags, no shoe box and the shoes/boots wrapped in regular plastic. The fake sheepskin sheds and looks cheap. I reported them to UGG offical website. I have their name, address and email address. If you think the price is too good to be true, it's probably is.

Not only are these boots knock offs, they refuse to take returns even though their web site says they do. Their reply, "We did not send wrong boots, sorry."

FAKE WEBSITE; THESE ARE NOT GENUINE UGG BOOTS; FAKE LABEL; THEY ARE NOT SUEDE... THEY ARE NOT UGG seal on the bottom of the sole; The enclosed information with the boots is made to look like the genuine UGG boots but they are ABSOLUTLEY NOT THE REAL THING! I WILL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE ON MY VISA! ALSO, THE SHIPPING LABEL IS ALL IN CHINESE SO YOU DON'T HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM...+ WHEN YOU GO IN ON THEIR "FAKE WEBSITE" and click on their website it comes up as "not being a website"! DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE & IF YOU USE YOUR VISA, etc I'd be checking out other charges whoever may be using your Visa # to make other purchases it will probably be compromised@ that point... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE... F-A-K-E ALL THE WAY!@$%^&^&^^%#%#%^^%&***&$^%##@%$^%!

I missed reviewing this one until now, I can't think why. At the time of writing (Jan 2010) there are two threads about this site in the SiteJabber forum, plus I have a lengthy posting about it myself, here:

As all other reviewers correctly state, this is a Chinese wholesale counterfeit site and therefore it doesn't sell genuine products, only fakes. And you would normally expect such an operation to have lousy customer service, if any, or simply not send the goods at all. It's always best to shop at an authorized dealer or a reputable high street store, you should stay away from sites like this one.

This is afake website! Not genuine Uggs.
