“They have refused to cover almost everything so far”

Despite buying their Premiere policy, they have refused to cover almost everything so far. Their favorite excuse is to say everything is normal wear and tear. Washer jet hoses broken on a 9 year old car? Normal wear and tear. Wheel bearing gone out? Normal wear and tear, despite wheel bearing specifically being listed as covered on my policy. What a waste of money this was. I will be contacting the BBB.

I'm very happy with total auto protect so far. The company has awesome people working for them, all are very helpful. Having this premier coverage plan is the wat to go. I gave alex permission to take payments out of my checking account every month and it paid itself off already. My engine wouldnt start and I would have spent $2,400 to fix it but it only ended up costing me just $100 for the deductible, so it's really worth it. Customer service took care of the issue right away paid for it and got it done fast.

Jason is awesome and extremely informative. I got their extended auto warranty for my Audi A7 so I have something to cover it when the original warranty plan expired. It's very valuable and helps out a whole lot. When I filed a claim for the window motors and the door lock, I presented my warranty card to the audi dealership, They did the repairs and paid them with a company credit card over the phone.

I plan on keeping my Bentley and don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon so I decided to purchase a coverage plan from Total. I've had them before on my wifes Maserati and I liked the way they work.

These guys work really hard to keep you happy. They went through everything, explained every step. The gentleman I spoke with who's name is Jason left me his number, which I appreciated. I have also passed the number over to someone else who was interested. Purchasing was very easy and the claims process was smooth so far.

This warranty was in my budget. Total auto protect has always been polity and ready to help me when I call. I just recently needed to use my warranty because smoke was coming out of my car and it was smelling like coolant. I took it to the Buick body shop and they were going to check it over when I found out that my turbo was leaking and I neded a new heat gasket. Total Auto protect fixed it within days.

When I took my crossfire to the Chrysler dealership, they filed a claim for me with Total. So far Chrysler's been terrible and it took them two and a half weeks to get the transmission fixed. They took way to long with the first two claims I had and they said Total didn't pay even though they did. So Im thinking of trading it in and going with a Dodge Challenger. So far Total Auto Protect has been nice and professional. No complaints here

I purchased a warranty to help us take care of any issues that might come up with the car. Total covered a much higher mileage than what most of the other companies seem to cover. The warranty was affordable and it was easy making the monthly payments. I filed a claim with them a month ago because the brakes went bad. I gave their number to the volkswagen dealership and they contacted the company for me. Everything was fixed in a few days. The only thing is I just had to wait a couple of extra days for the parts to show up.

I chose Total Auto Protect because they had reasonable prices and they covered a lot of things for my vehicle. I feel comfortable with them, I needed a diagnostics ran on my car for something that was going on with it. I was able to take it into a shop and get a diagnostics to you guys. Great customer service skills too, they explained service details well.

Repair went fast and easy and was paid for quickly. Great company. They don't make Hummers anymore so I definitely needed it.

I own an older BMW which has the tendency to break down. When I first bought this car several years ago, I was offered Total Auto Protect by the dealership. When it finally ran out, I was called by the company saying I needed to renew it so I did. There's no difficulty in paying they take it out on my checking account every month.

I filed my second claim because my horn wouldn't stop honking. They had to take the whole steering wheel apart. The shop just took my warranty information and they handled everything. I didn't have to contact them to get approval. I recommended them to all my friends.

I had a question about the payment method that was setup for my account. My question was answered by a knowledgeable employee. He was very pleasant and informative. He had all my information in front of him so I didn't have to explain everything each time I called.

My husband and I were the first ones in our family to sign up with Total Auto. We loved them so much that we recommended them to the rest of our family. Now our two daughters and both our son in laws have Total Auto Protect as well. All of us have absolutely loved the services we have received. The benefits have been amazing!

We bought our Nissan Altima used and it didn't have a factory warranty anymore. We had a warranty plan for our previous cars and it worked well. Because it was beneficial for us in the past we decided to get one again from Total Auto Protect. We've had to utilize them once so far it worked out pretty well. I called the dealership, made an appointment and took the information over the phone. Once they diagnosed it and identified what the problem was they got authorization that it was covered under the warranty and they fixed it on the same day.

My air conditioner broke and it was taken care of immediately. Customer service and sales people are extremely polite and professional. I would recommend Total Auto Protect to everyone I know. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Total Auto Protect was surprisingly very affordable and very reasonable my representative Scott was very friendly and accommodating. I actually expected to pay more than what I paid and I feel very safe and secure. You are not locked into a contract so whenever you want to leave you can if you want but I would not do that.

I have a 3 year insurance plan from Total Auto Protect and I just wish it was a little longer. I've got less than 6,000 miles to go but still have a year left on it. I'm going to hit the miles before the contract expires. All my claims have been submitted by the repair shop. I never had to get on the phone and never got hassled on anything.

Total Auto Protect gave me peace of mind and security when I needed it most! After transmission problems were discovered on my ONLY vehicle, I feared the worst, but Total Auto Protect was there and helped covered the cost. They are a lifesaver, Thank You Total Auto Protect!

I like it so far, haven't had it long enough to use it though. The representative was very helpful and explained the companies policies so I would know what coverage I was getting. So far the only negative thing I have to say is that I never received my policy. Its only been about a week since I signed up so im sure it will be here any day now.

First time having this type of warranty plan. Only complaint is that the towing company was a little slow but its not Total's fault. All I had to do was pay just the deductible and have had no issues since, Knock On Wood!
