This site is fraudulent! I received toys that were unbranded instead of the more expensive branded toys I bought. One was faulty, and another one was improperly packed so it got severely damaged in transit. Some toy characters I received were not at all the ones I had ordered. Customer service is very poor! All they can say is they will check with their warehouse and source a replacement toy, which never happened since Christmas 2020! There isn't anything to do, as the company is based overseas.
