Toyhax

Last Friday I placed an order with Toyhax and so far nothing has arrived. I received an email saying the order has been shipped but I haven't seen anything yet. I know it usually takes a week but this is ridicuolus. I tried contacting their customer disservice but as usual I received the same old " Thank you for your email" schtick and "We'll respond if and when we feel like it." This is why I absolutely despise big companies! They treat their customers like filth and they're just so sickeningly condescening! I wish they would go out of business! I'm sick of dealing with these uncaring idiots!

I can't imagine the profit margin being so low on a label sheet that tracking couldn't be included with cost... or atleast offered.
I spend a combined 130 dollars on a handful of labels (what would cost about 20 dollars in supply, and that is giving the benefit of the doubt), and of that 130 dollars, I can't get a tracking number? They ship from NY, which means I could have walked to do a pick up from the time they shipped, to now (9 days).
Even stamped, birthday cards can make it in half that time.
Going cheep isn't a good look when a company charges big money for a small/insignificant product.
Kind of seems like heading out to a 5 star restaurant where the food comes in a McDonald's bag. Janky.

I have bought many sets of stickers from Toyhax, and I've always been satisfied. They also have great customer service. When one set had incorrectly printed stickers, they replaced them for everyone that had ordered it. I mentioned on Facebook once that I had some stickers that were printed upside-down, they noticed my post and they sent me a corrected set and a hand-written note with a personal discount code for my next purchase.
