New Rav 4 was not as advertised by the Sales person. We test drove one vehicle and it was missing heated seats. The one that was delivered but it was not Iike the one we drove, it was missing the Integrated Navigation system, even though we were told it was exactly the same but with the one feature we were missing. We paid cash and even though we tried to return in within the 72 hour limit were told we could not.
