Don't listen to the other 1 star... he just needs to go to a dealer who will kiss his butt when the cc machine doesn't work. I've had two vehicles worked on by these guys and they are straight up, know their craft very well and will work with you to meet your needs. Notice in the bad review they offered a solution (which was just not good enough for that guy). I've had nothing but good experiences, where I've been given options on what is really needed and what is not. These guys don't have an agenda... try finding that in this town.

I really wanted to like this shop. The thought of not having to deal with the Lexus dealership was good. But when I am called to say my oil change is done and I come to pick up the car, no one at the shop knows how to use a card machine to pay the bill. A monkey can swipe a card. I was told I could use a crappy loaner car and come back when the guy that works the desk is back from the bar. When is that? No one knows. All I know is They can't swipe a card then I can't trust them working on anything technical. Like a car. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
