Toywiz cancelled two of my pre-orders stating that the "item was out of stock" how can a PRE-order be out of stock? No further details are granted. When I ask for more information they hit me with a very 'is what it is' kinda e-mail.

Under no circumstances do business with these scam artists. I ordered a baseball card package of Bowman cards advertised as(15) packs of 19 cards for a total of 285 cards. I received one pack of 19 cards. I am then told it was not there issue where I had seen the ad in Google marketplace. When I went back to see if I made a mistake the ad was the same. But when you clicked to order it changed to one pack of 19 bowman cards. When I called toy wiz it became a Google marketplace problem. They saw no such ad on their end. Forget getting anyone on Google. I went back in my history found toy wiz ad and it was the same offer but now it noted not available in all areas. Do not buy toy wiz's blaming others and DONT ORDER anything with their name attached. I guess I have to eat this one. They totally deny any wrongdoing on their end. Steer clear! Wish I could give them a zero

I ordered Pokemon cards from the site (which are overpriced as it is). The cards arrived BENT and I asked to return the cards. They asked for pictures so I sent them several detailed photos of the damage. After OVER A WEEK of waiting, they concluded that the cards were in near mint/mint condition and that they would CHARGE ME a restocking fee if I wanted to return the cards. Just horrible, would NEVER buy from them again.

I placed an order on June 4,2020. It is now November and still NO shipment, NO response, and NO refund from Toywiz company. If I could give a ZERO star review I would. They have to be the absolutely WORST company to deal with. Their failure to respond to basic respects for customer service is frustrating. DO NOT do business with these people. The WORST!

So a few months ago we ordered a Toy for my little brother. It was a birthday present and he was very excited. What happened when we got it though was awful. My Brother received his present falling apart and when trying to handle it, it broke. So now we had a $360 broken birthday present. Now I acknowledge that ToyWiz did not produce this toy, but they were terrible at helping us out. We asked for a refund and when they said they would send someone to pick it up, no one came. So we tried to go through the bank, that didnt work and its now been about 4 months with no reply. We've contacted again but they are yet to reach out, though I doubt we'll get anywhere.

3 months after order placed, I have nothing. Ph# says it's after hr during business hrs. What a joke. Calling credit card to try and get a refund.

Never order or pre order from this company. They lie to their customers. They charged me for a couple of booster boxes i ordered at a normal price which wasnt even a great price to begin with. I was told that my order will arrive in December 2020. I waited and called and then they said January 2021. So I waited and it was February now. I called and emailed them and finally they responded saying it will take longer who knows when. This company is a scam. They made me wait so long for my packages and now that item elsewhere costs 3x the price because i waited so long. If they didnt do that to me or were honest from beginning i would have been able to buy it elsewhere for even cheaper than what I bought it with them. Now i am unable to purchase my items anywhere else due to the prices for waiting for them for so long. DO NOT do business with them. TOTAL SCAM! They need to refund extra money for all that they did. I will be contacting my lawyer.

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought a 27.99 moj moj toy using Amazon. ToyWiz zoomed in on the picture so I thought it was a bigger product. Then when it comes, it's the size of your hand. I was like ok whatever it's fine. But that's not the worst part, the toy itself stank! It smelled like gasoline and sharpie mixed together. It was not safe for kids. I returned the item and literally they removed the toy for sale within 24 hours of me leaving a bad review. When it came to refunding me the money they deducted 50% for "restocking fees" because the toy was opened and "used". They also down played the smell stating that it only smelled like plastic... total rip off. I have to go through Amazon to get the rest of the refund back. Never buy from this company. They are scammers.

I ordered a toy for my self and it came great all though it was small anyways cause it was a lego it was not even damaged

Ordered in February, they said it would ship in June. Covid made me wait until July to email them for followup. They said it would ship in august. It is September and no response from company and it has been just long enough that PayPal won't allow a dispute.

I recently ordered something from them and went online to check on said order(says ship in feb its almost over) I noticed with my other orders there was something from 2022 that I paid in full still "awaiting shipment" I went wait.I forgot about that (of course no contact or emails life happens you forget) I contact them and they said it shipped on the date I ordered it (uh ok?) and they have no proof to investigate therefore no refund.all my orders that I DID receive has "shipped " next to them and on order invoic a link to shipping with tracking...ok? This one from 22' did not so it was never shipped...and its out of stock so I can't reorder I mentioned that tidbit of info and they went on my orders and switched my "AWAITED SHIPMENT" to SHIPPED updated today to save their own butts unfortunately its been to long to dispute on paypal I have to contact my card in hope thy can do something.but im saddened cause they don't care and it was money this momma is tight on for a toy for my daughter I can't trust anyone anymore and this is not the only one that does this stuff I have issues with other toy companies like this UPDATE! They reached out to me again and asked if I would like to cancel newer order (of course so they don't deal with me again) I only asked would I get any refund from this or you gonna keep it instead of responding with a answer they go ahead and cancel my pre-order without my consent! WTH THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL AND SHOULD NEVER BE BOUGHT FROM SAVE THE STRESS NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Every hobby box is overpriced how can you be partners with target they sell product for retail while ToyWiz sells same product for resale makes no sense suppose To be The same company An be fair to the customer.

Shipping was a little slow ( I live in CA, and ordered an item from JAPAN the day before ordering from them-somehow the JAPAN figure I ordered arrived around the same time as this one did, and ToyWiz is located on east side of United States. The box itself was badly dented when I pulled the figure out. The box itself was sealed. Figure inside had some kind of hair plastered into the paint. How it got there I don't know, cause the figure's box was sealed. Also, the wing mechanism on my figure didn't work... Good thing I bought figure mostly as a display piece, so I let them slide. But still... I paid for an intact figure. Also it was mildly disturbing that shipping the product with the proper protection was not important to them.

This is trash I got roblox collector set toys and it came almost 6 months the packaging was damage the roblox toys were knock from China crap pls to not buy from this company I warn u

Toywiz charged me an extra $18.46 for shipping AFTER i placed my order. The shipping cost more than the comic books. Will not do repeat business. Imagine if Walmart charged me extra shipping after I placed order... unheard of.

I ordered 5 packs of 2019 Topps Chrome through Walmart and toywiz only sent me 1 pack. Instead of just sending me 4 more packs. They wanted me to return the 1 pack and wait to send me 5 more packs

Update: even worse they said the listing was an error and it should have said 1 pack for $22.99

If you buy this, you're only supporting shady retailers like toywiz that re-sell this at at least 5 times MSRP. I'm not sure how this shady company hasn't been cancelled yet with all this ridiculous cancel culture shananigans.

Cancelled our Xmas order stating and error plus no stock but put same exact order up for $35 more. So lured sellers in and if they can get more after already taking your money be prepared for them to rip you off. Total scum bags. If I could put 0 stars I would

I really enjoyed shopping at Toywiz and It has great deals on Anime Figurines which are usually pretty expensive on other sites. I love anime and have watched it since I was in 6th grade and wanted to get a Figurine and this was the site I found which had a great one in stock. I ordered it on August 29th and it said it was supposed to come in October. It didn't come and I check it said November and when November came I just got a little worried cause it was my first time shopping on that site. I contacted the support team and they were pretty nice and they told me how they had no control over pre-orders and I was like ok and waited a little longer. The Pre-order said ships January and I was like whelp ok then, but on the 29th of December my packaged arrived and before that on the 19th it said my packaged had been shipped and I was excited to finally have it. I didn't buy anything on their site yet. I've seen some items I'm interested in. A few days ago I saw they were offering a good amount of money to buy a toy set I happened to have in my collection. It seems the toy is discontinued. I took a chance and sent in my item (within 48 hours as they requested). I made sure to upload my tracking number within that time frame also. I also included a printed copy of the invoice in the box ("to avoid a lengthy delay" as their terms say). I wondered if they'd call and 'talk me down' offering to buy it at a cheaper price or something like that, LOL. But they didn't. Within 3 hours of the tracking number showing it arrived, I received the amount promised IN FULL. I was very happy with my experience with them and will sell toys to them in the future! Excellent experience! :)

They use BOTS to purchase cards from Target. As soon as they go on sale they are sold out. Then charge 10X what they paid. Target even lets them sell on their site. Target does NOT CARE about the little guys. As long as they sell out they dont care. AVOID BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES AT ALL COSTS
