Had an amazing and fun vacation with travelcrews.co.uk. The management team did a brilliant job. Thank you for guiding and cooperating with us to choose the right destination for tour. Had a great holidays
This company is unbelievably unethical. Yes, they do get good deals BUT BEWARE if something goes wrong and you want to cancel you will fight to get your money back. That is if you are prepared to fight because it is a very long, difficult and stressful process to get them to do what they should do immediately. I was upfront from the beginning that the flight I was booking was a present from my sister and that I had to confirm with her if the price was acceptable. I was told by Nick that in order to keep the seat available I should pay a deposit and that I would get back to him. He never told me that I would not get my money back. My sister managed to get a cheaper flight and I asked for my deposit back and was told it is not refundable. He then sent me an email stating that the deposit is not refundable AFTER he had taken my money. It is a huge battle to get them to refund my deposit which after much fuss they eventually did. STAY AWAY!

Booked with Travelcrew for flights to Dubai, great deal with best service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Travel crew asked me to pay them more than what was air france website. I paid 1150 pounds last year for London to Dubai trip via paris. I was not allowed to board the flight bcoz I didn't had transit visa. I somehow managed to fight for my ticket to be saved for 1 year. I went back to travel crew to rebook my tickets and they asking me pay 400 extra per ticket when original ticket prices are 213 pounds on air france website.
They are cheating public And trying to take more money.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANYONE TO BOOK ANY TICKETS
