Travel Decorum

I recently had a terrible experience with Traveldecorum. I paid for a flight ticket, but when I arrived at the airport (Gulf Air London Heathrow), I was informed that the ticket was invalid. Despite repeated attempts to contact the customer service, I received no response or resolution for my issue. My money was taken, and I was left stranded without any assistance. I had to travel for bereavement and I ended up booking a new flight ticket directly from the airlines counter at the airport at the last minute.
The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction has left me deeply disappointed and I would not recommend this airline agency to anyone.

I booked a return flight to Asia using this website since it is a few £ cheaper than the official website and competitors (e.g. TravelUp, Opodo). Turned out that they remove the checked baggage allowance from your tickets. Someone called me after I have booked and highlighted the fact. I checked all other sites and they all included a checked baggage for a standard economy seat. I view this as a sneaky attempt to charge customer more and therefore would not recommend anyone to use such as shady company.
One good remedy is that they agreed that they will issue me a refund without any charges so I will be waiting for the confirmation email and the refund and update this review. Regardless, I do not appreciate being tricked into paying more money after having made a booking. We should also use company / site that is transparent and honest.

Beware of this company. Trying to charge me nearly £700 for a package holiday that they cancelled due to travel ban. Customer service is awful, very cheeky replies all because I insisted on full refund, told me they're not a charity and I chose to book with them, they didn't force me so BEWARE.

I have booked 2 tickets with them each ticket was around £872.17. Day before I travel I received email there is fair difference you have pay that before we issue a ticket or we have cancel your ticket. This is my first one star review since I been using Google review app.

WE BOOKED AND PAID FOR A HOLIDAY TO JAMAICA SHORTLY BEFORE COVID19 AND DUE TO ALL THE RESCTRICTIONS WE COULDNT TRAVEL SO SINCE 2019 WE HAVE STILL NOT TRAVELLED IT IS NOW 2023! WE HAVE TRIED TO GET NEW DATES BOOKED AND KEEP GETTING FOBBED OFF! FIRSTLY EVERY TIME WE CALL THEM THEY TELL US TO DISCUSS EVERYTHING VIA EMAIL AND EVERYTIME WE CALL BACK DUE TO NO RESPONSE THEY KEEP GIVING US DIFFERENT EMAILS TO EMAIL, WE HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY HAVE BEEN INGORING ALL EMAILS AND CALLS, THEY HAVE STOLEN OUR MONEY AND HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF GIVING US OUR REFUND! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL GET ROBBED YOU WONT GET A HOLIDAY, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS NAMED "GARRY SINGH" AND "SUNNY"

Please friends don't go with negative reviews I don't why people saying these type of nonsense that they are scammes I have not felt any type of scam from Traveldecorum and been using this company since ages.
