I called their number to apply some changed to my ticket. My wait time was over 180 minutes and a very rude man answered at the end and said he has access to no systems. And he need to request that and wait 24 hours for response and asked me to call again after 24 hours and see if there is a response. And when i asked i am supposed to be on line again waiting for over 180 minutes to get to you just to hear your update? He said yes of course. What a rubbish company. What a scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AS YOU CAN
They are scammer We buy the ticket three months ago and mail us two weeks ago Prom British airline they canceled I'll fly they can have it don't say you can choose the other day, We call a stain in the line more than one hour. They are only Indian people like go center in the hop they say is the British phone harmful they say you can have any refunds for three months
