Guys, do not use travelkhana at all. 4–5 years back it was very good. I faced two issue in last 2 years. Once no one deliver food at all, even though I had all confomrations regarding orders. Customer care just didn't took any action.

Day before yesterday, we faces same problem. They delivered only 30% of order and took full amount. When I raised complain they just created a ticket number, and no further action at all. I was travelling with my elderly parents, they had to sleep without any dinner. I informed same to their customer care. They even don't listen my words seriously. Worst customer support I ever faced. I called at least 8–10 times. Half of the times they informed they will check with restaurant and half of the time some security persons picked up call and told no representative available for complain support, asked me call latter. Here is the number I called, *******094. If you don't want to have such horrible experience when traveling, please do not use travelkhana.

Mud a fu kaaaa. They didn't delivered my order. I'm helpless right now. I didn't found "write review" section So I am writing here, I know it's little strange but the feelings right now is like "I Cheated by a food delivery Company" I am traveling without cash and I'm just using Paytm to order Food. Travel Khana is not a genuine service provider, They will ruin your journey. Right now I don't have any options.

The platform is been providing all age group people on train with several choices that can suit them at nominal prices.

Ordered food for a group of 20 people who had been traveling for 24 hours. They sent me a confirmation msg that the food will be delivered at the said station but the people never turned up we had to sleep hungry that night. They did not even have the courtesy to let us know that the delivery won't be possible. I was promised a refund within 5 working days but I have not received any refund till date. Please don't order from here. They are only here for the money. If u need proof please see the attached file

OrderId#*******. Food ordered for my old parents travelling by ******* on date 27 Dec 18 at Piparia MP. The food was not delivered. Nobody bothered till I called travelkhana. Plain answer " very sorry, complain registered, refund in 7 working days." As if we order food to get refund. Parents had to remain without food. The restaurant chap was so worthless that he never bothered to give a call. Mr raghuvansi. His restaurant needs to be blacklisted.

No matter what you order, whatever you specify, they have no sense of responsibility. Even after ordering jain foods from only pure vegetarian restaurants, food delivered from mix kitchen and non-jain. On complaining you just get to hear a "SORRY" and a assurance of call back, which will never be done. People having restrictions of fooding, never trust these peoples. I had suffered it for more than 5-6 times

Worst provider for online food on train. I paid through paytm online and when their food partner came to deliver food at Allahabad junction again asked me to pay full amount in cash or wont deliver food. So i refused and he didnt gave my food packed even when he saw confirmation SMS on my phone from Travel Khanna for order paid in full.

Never order anything from this cheat company you have to go hungry like what i went and waited 3 hours for kanpur to arrive and buy food their. Pathetic company dont trust them!

I had a very bad experience with Travel Khana. Today morning I ordered food for my sister(1st June 2019). Her train halted for 20 minutes in Vishakhapatnam but these people didn't deliver food. I had made the payment too. The most surprising thing is that when I called up they behaved as if they had no information about the order. Then my sister called and again I called them but they didn't tell me that they weren't going to deliver. Had they told this, my sister would have got something from the station. She waited till the train departed. Then I received a mail that they had registed a non-delivery complaint and the team would resolve the issue in 5-7 days. Strange!
Travelkhana's service is the worst.

Travelkhana.com is offering best food delivery service on train. So don't worry for you hungry. Available every type food like south indian, Western, Chinese, veg and non veg too...

Worst experience with travel khana. I had ordered food for my senior citizen parents, I kept on calling their helpline and they kept on saying that their person is in coach and food will be delivered soon. The train left the Nagpur station and then I got call from delivery boy that he had given food in a different boggy. 72 year, medically ill person going to different boggy... delivery boy says sir you be thankful to me as at least I had given the food. Friends never buy food from travelkhana.

I was travelling in ******* on 9th of May 2018. I refused the food on offer from the Pantry people relying completely on these guys for breakfast as well as Lunch. I remained hungry right from morning till evening courtesy these guys who not even had the sensitivity to call me back and arrange food at some different location. This is worse professionalism.

These guys are just looting people money in the name of good food... This is a looting process so called travel khana... how can you guys be so unethical... Please dont ever waste your money on these as... h. s.

So this is the 3rd time i ordered using travelkhana and again the same $#*! was delivered! But this time it was not me, it was mother travelling and she has to face this $#*!ty service.
There is no quality check of food! When i called their customer care asking for compensation food on next station as my mother has not eaten anything, they said complain has been registered, u ll get a callback in 5 days! As if my mother is going to sit 5 days in train.

The food quality is just awesome. I got food on time. An no issue faced till now. The quality of food is maintained in low price food as well. Also its affordable to all common people. Highly recommended
