Claim Your BusinessI received two Tribe Beauty boxes and did not find the products inside useful or exciting. They offer their customers a choice between certain products, but make it impossible for you to tell them which product you would like; I believe this might be a flaw with their web- site and is not intentional. A customer service rep e-mailed me to ask what my preference was, I told them, and received the other profuct in my box. I think that was because they ran out of the product I asked for, which they do warn you about before you make your request between products. But one thing that really annoyed me was that I went out of my way to not sign up for repeat delivery. They make it difficult to cancel, but after a few e-mails I was able to cancel the renewal they put on my account, and they refunded the money that they charged me for the unasked for renewal. On the upside, they did send me an e-mail telling me that they would be sending my a new box, which alerted me to the fact that they renewed my subscription- even though I had not signed up for repeat delivery.
