My triple play connection has already disconnected and I hv returned the router and its been over 2 months haven't recieved my refund. Their dealer who provided the triple play services is useless, horrendous, pathetic. He is not answering my calls and text. INDEED logged couple complaints in tripleplay but they are as worthless as their services. I don't know how coukd they sleep at night after digesting my hard earned money

Tripleplay is not able to provide services to their customers and their local vendors are never pickup calls, so bot sure how to raise a complain for no internet. When they receive calls always ask to wait for 1-2 hours but no resolution done. Never recommend this network to anyone. Worst Worst Worst and waste of money

That's a amazing property finding site. Really good. Effective prices. No brokerages. All salesperson very good behaviour.

I am complaining that my land line number std is not working and they are just trying it since last 15 days and still not able to resolve it. Horrible service.

I've been using Triple Play for last 5 months and i opted for 6 MBPS plan for 350 GB for an year. For last 2 months, several engineers have visited my place for complaints of slow speed and they haven't been able to resolve it. The download speed comes to 200-300 KBPS for 6 mbps plan and engineers leave the place without resolving the issue.

Upon contacting the customer care, they do not know how to talk to customer.At times, they're very threatening and talk in a very rude manner, specially when the call is transferred to senior people.

I have been using Tripleplay service for last 8 months with no issue. My 100Mbps speed also constant, so recommended Tripleplay connection for Gurgaon area.
