I ordered a product despite being very weary of the website. Once you pick a product there is no double checking the order, no way to choose a delivery method, and the shipping charge of 19.99 is outrageous for a small product that can be shipped for less than $3.5 with tracking through USPS. My credit card was charged but I did not receive an email confirmation of the Order. Luckily I had saved the order number (because I was leary of the website). The 11 days later and 2 inquires later the item still hasn't arrived and my credit card was charges. I submitted 2 customer services and have nothing, nada, zip. I have to challenge the charge on my credit card and I have not gottem the item STAY FAR AWAY.

Do about it and to this day have never received a reply. 335 Euros or
Roughly 500 Canadian dollars wasted on this poor quality crap. AVOID!
