Got my dress 3 weeks ago it took about 4-5 weeks to arrive and it was perfect! I just love it! Gave my measurements instead of picking a size and any contact I made was thru FB and they answered every time and was very helpful!
This company is impossible to communicate with. They will not respond to emails and give no contact phone number. I had to send back a defective dress but there was no return address. PayPal finally came up with an address (which is in China) after I requested a refund. The dress was sent back per their instructions but Trubridal is refusing to accept the return and it is currently sitting in Customs. And because the seller is refusing to accept the return PayPal is refusing to issue a refund. I'm currently working with the USPS regarding this matter and will reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs.

My best friend and I both go our wedding dresses from this place; (we were referred by a friend of a friend) I received mine yesterday and hers is suppose to be here today. It's beautiful and perfect just like the picture. I purchased "Eve's Garden" and the detail is amazing! I can't wait to see my bf's dress, she got New Year's Ball... totally her, since it's more flashy.
And I love the gift I got with my dress, two toasting glasses that match our wedding colors! Great customer service and customer appreciation. I'll be sending anyone who is looking to get married this way.

I just wrote another review on a different site and I saw this and wanted to share my experience here as well. My dress came out beautiful, it's really hard to find pretty modest dresses, especially ones that are Temple ready but not with this company. I even asked for a few modifications and there was not an issue and they came out just as I had asked. I got so many compliments on it and everyone asked where I got it, so I told them.:)
As to what one of the posters said, I never had a problem with finding their phone number it was on their site. I do know that the owner is deaf so if you call you will talk to her assistant (who is fab) and if you want to speak to the owner directly you have to do so through email. I just wanted to throw that out there. But I would recommend them in a heartbeat and oh, I already have. :P
OMG! I just got my dress today and OMG WOOOOOOOOW. It's beyond amazing, I never dreamed I could get a dress like this on my budget. They really do what they say. I love it! Thank you so much.
I would suggest anyone wanting their dreams dress but at a realistic cost should totally get their dress from here. They have great customer service too! Thank you so much! Just in case you are wondering which dress I bought, I bought the Sophia Noel. It's too beautiful for words. I've already told everyone. BUY YOUR DRESS HERE! You won't be sorry!
Like most brides, I was highly skeptical about ordering a dress online, especially a wedding dress. After much research I decided to take the plunge and just do it. Since they are backed by PayPal I felt it was safe enough to go through with. At least I could get my money back.
Well I found a gown that I just fell in love with and after a few emails and some questions answered, (why are you so cheap etc etc) (turns out they got started on eBay) I ordered it. It arrived a week earlier than expected and OMG it was AMAZING! Much prettier than the pictures. I just couldn't believe that I got this dress for so little money and it was gorgeous!
I am more than pleased! I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day, only 2 more weeks to go! My groom to be is going to die.;)

Buyer beware... Do yourself a favor and DON'T purchase anything from Trubridal.
I purchased a brown mother of the bride dress and the dress I received was white. They require prior approval for returns and returns must be mailed within seven days. The day I received the wrong dress I tried to contact them, but with no reply. Over the next few days I sent at least 12 e-mails, still no reply. I am out $205. Terrible customer service!
I question whether this is a legitimate business. They don't have an address or phone number. They are not listed on BBB, and although Yelp shows them in Queen Creek, AZ, they are not listed on the Queen Creek Marketplace directory nor do they show up on Google Maps. I did get a response via Facebook messenger, but it was short answers, and they acknowledged that they do not provide phone service.
I have emailed and emailed and emailed. With absolutely no response. The dress I ordered, which is the size I wear and was the right size per their chart is extremely ti small. I can not find a phone number to call. I am so frustrated. I am telling everyone i know not to order from them. I am at a loss... HELP..
First off when you even go to click on this website you cant even see it... whats up with that. Unless they changed their website url. Dont bother looking it up
I bought a MoB dress, ordering the dress size i have worn for 15 years. When it arrived Dec 21 it was too small, a lot too small. It was the holiday and also I was caring for a family member who had just had surgery, so I decided to wait until after Christmas to begin the return process. On Dec 28 I made my first inquiry about the return process. I saw on the website the following: If you receive your dresses and find it doesn't work, you may return the dress, and we will issue a full refund.
SURPRISE: The fine print however says that their return policy gives you only 7 days to return the item and you must go through Customer Service to have the return "approved" before sending it back.
Having not noticed the fine print initially, I spent the next 13 days trying to get information about how to return the dress and missed the narrow window to return it. They wanted me to send a photo showing that the dress didn't fit. They said their dresses run true to size so I must have ordered the wrong size. They said I would have to pay shipping and 35% tailoring/processing fee, and that I would be better off keeping the dress and they would credit me $100, less than half of what I paid. I still do not have resolution - Beware what you are getting into if you order from this online site.
Tip for consumers:
Read the fine print in the returns section. They are NOT a site that has a typical return policy. It is VERY hard to return an item.
