Truck Champ

I bought a used 2011 truck with these installed. The undercarriage of the truck is in great shape, no rust. But the spot where these brackets bolt on to the bars was rusted, and the rivnuts where the bolts connect just popped right out from the corrosion. I emailed the company to ask about replacement parts or warranty coverage--they had nothing they would do, and were curt with me.

Bottom line: if you want something that lasts longer than 4 years under normal wear and tear... look elsewhere.

Went to Truck Champ website to purchase nerf bars/side steps. After choosing Truck Champ branded product, I called their customer order line. Spoke with rep and also made mention of some of the negative reviews that I read regarding missing parts, wrong parts, long wait for replacement, etc. I was told that they were still catching up with XMAS rush and fulfilling previous orders. Rep stated that rested assured, everything would be taken care of and Truck Champ was working to address all consumers concerns. I placed the order and a little over week later, no email regarding shipping confirmation although my credit card had already been charged within the first few days. I called customer service and was told that the order was never placed (?). They said the nerf bars come out of a different warehouse and no one notified the warehouse to ship, but it would be taken care immediately and I would get an email notification. No email or call back came. I called again and they dropped the ball again. I demanded a refund. Within a few days, a refund was issued. At least the refund was no hassle.

We ordered some running boards for my husband's truck. No complaints on the merchandise OR delivery times. However, they need to do background checks on their personnel or they need to update their security.
A couple days after purchasing from them, someone used my husbands bank card info to buy thousands of dollars worth of shoes & electronics. We know it was THIS company because the day after the online purchase was made, there was a second purchase made with Truckchamp.com for a different amount, which we did NOT make.
Luckily our bank caught the activity & shut down the account & we were able to recover our money. (CapitalOne rules!) If you buy with this company, BEWARE!
I will never place another order with them. It's a shame too, because they have very good prices & fast delivery time.

Ordered 4" black powder coated nerf bars for my 2006 F150 4x4 Supercab. They came in three days, free shipping, reasonable cost, and were easy to install. They look great on the truck and now I don't have to listen to my wife $#*! about climbing in and out of my truck. My purchase from Truckchamp.com was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
