Claim Your BusinessI ordered 4 items from this company, but only received 1 of the items I ordered. Never received any sort of notification that the other 3 items were backordered or coming in a separate shipment. All 4 items were listed on the packing slip. Contacted the company on multiple occasions through their *******@trueandco.com email address and never received a response regarding getting the missing items. Also messaged them through their social channels and only ever got a canned response of "So sorry this happened. Please contact our support team via our website." Which I clearly have done and that hasn't gotten me any sort of resolution. Do not buy from this company. If you read any sort of reviews, comments on their social channels, etc; missing items and abysmal customer service is a common theme. Sad part is I like the product I did receive, but I won't be ordering from them again, due to them not being able to respond to customer issues, give me a refund for items I never received; or even respond to my emails through their preferred method (email).

Bra is not that great. Rides up and does not stay put and re-inserting the pads after each washing is a huge pain. The WORST part is that I returned the too small bra on May 13th and have not received my refund even though they emailed me 3 weeks ago to let me know it had been processed. They have not responded to any of my MANY attempts to find out why I haven't received my money back yet. I understand that processing a return can take time but you shouldn't email a customer that the refund has been made and then not respond when they email/call to find out why they haven't received their money back. SHAMEFUL! And very bad business!
