True Classic Tees

My wife bought me three tees about 6 months ago. Collars are already rolling and out of shape. I've got longer and better west from $8.99 tees at Old Navy.

The T-shirt I ordered from True Classic Tees arrived later than expected, but the quality of the product was exceptional. Despite the delay in delivery, I was thoroughly impressed by the craftsmanship and durability of the shirt. The fabric was soft, breathable, and of premium quality, making it comfortable to wear. Although there was a slight inconvenience with the delayed delivery, the outstanding quality of the shirt more than made up for it. I would highly recommend True Classic Tees for their superior products, even if there are occasional delays in delivery.

Purchased t-shirts for my husband. They came in great colors with soft fabric. They washed up great with no shrinkage. Will definitely buy again and check out your other products. Count me as a very satisfied customer!

I ordered 2 shirts. One was ready to ship within a couple of days, the other took 10 days to ship. The company emailed me and asked if I still wanted the order because of the delay. I decided to just wait for the order. It came in about 2 weeks, and the gave me a credit for the delay in receiving my shirts. The shirts look great and the emails from the company eased my concern about being scammed. I got 2 great shirts at a great price.

The ads make these look amazing. They are not at all what they are cracked up to be. They don't fit any better than a cheap $10 T-shirt from Walmart. In fact, they're smaller and thinner material, so love handles, man boobs, and belly buttons show up worse. Don't waste your money.
A representative reached out to me and did their best to help me "find the right size". The 3X that they sent me was far too large, so they refunded me for the original order.

I've always been a fan of the tshirts - fit and feel!
However, the last batch I ordered had a few strangely fitting Ts. I reported to True Classic.
And …
Immediately they reached out to me, and asked for my measurements in order to correctly, size me, and therefore resent me my whole order with the perfect size. The final batch was perfect.
The service, the follow up, the reaction, and the action was probably the most seamless and unexpectedly perfect experience.

I'm not sure how to feel about this store. Placed my first order for 1 T-shirt just to check it out and make sure the quality is good which it was so, I placed my 2nd order totalling $400. When ordering there was a promo stating if I spent a certain amount of $ I would get some boxers, T-Shirt and a hoodie for free as a gift. I never ended up getting the "gifts" and I've tried reaching out 5 times now with absolutely ZERO response. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and because of their scammy advertisement, I will never order from this place again.

I just completed my first purchase with True Classic. From start to finish their customer service was so helpful! I made a mistake somewhere when placing my order and one of my shirts was an XL as opposed to the size I intended it to be a L. I sent them a text from a previous communication where they were reaching out to ask if I had any questions. It was late at night so I did not expect to hear back quickly or even at all. I assumed I would need to find an email address and reach out that way. I received a response text within a couple of mins. They instantly changed my order for me and sent a new confirmation email with the correct sizes. They finalized everything within 10 minutes. All I needed to do was send a text. I was impressed and will definitely purchase again! My husband hasn't got to try the shirts yet. If he loves them I will write another review :)

Order medium shirts and found out that i need large, i have contacted the support which replied less than 1 minute and they said i can donate the medium to charity and the new items in L are on my way for no additional cost.
This is the second purchase i made in trueclassic platform and im really overwhelmed with the quality of the product and the great customer support.

Bought a 6 pack of shirts since I really needed them and their advertising is phenomenal. They got me lol. I received them today and we'll see how they hold up. There are comfortable but nothing special. They're really thin which doesn't make me think I can just wear at least the white tees out anywhere I'll probably just wear them around the house. I mean for 108$ after shipping for 6 basic crew tees is expensive specially since they're so thin. Next time I'll just buy 4 at footlocker or champs and save myself some money.

My experience from purchasing items, to needing an exchange to a different size was pleasant, swift & overall incredibly positive. The products are soft and of great material, it lives up to the advertisements seen!

When making a mistake on the shipping address I filed a customer service request to adjust the order. Within less than 10 minutes, at 8 pm at night nonetheless, the issue was resolved. Fantastic customer service experiences like this make it very easy to be a returning customer.

My husband had an issue with two shirts we ordered and customer service has been nothing but helpful! They are very quick to respond, answered all my questions, and got our issue resolved. They are super polite and I have an amazing experience.

I had written a negative comment a few days ago about my order and the fact that the size chart did not accurately reflect the fit of the shirts. I felt it was an expensive mistake to order these online without trying them on. The next day I received an e mail from them letting me know they are sending me the order, at no cost in the next size up so that I could enjoy the shirts! Customer service is rare these days, but they were all over this. Much appreciated!

Got polo active pack and non polo active pack. Wore a shirt for the first time from both packs. BOTH! TWO FIRST TIME WEARS IN A ROW. If anything not completely smooth touches the shirt (even in the middle like mine) the threads start to fray. A dried leaf while playing golf in my case. For the price of the shirt and the "active" label that is slapped on it. They should be more durable or at least come with a warning to not be active in the "active" labeled shirts.

Whoever I talked to on the instagram (I believe it was Adan) account was very help as to which sizes and style would work for me. Also cleared up what the differences were between styles of T-shirts. I'll probably buy more soon!

When you find an online clothing maker you never know what you're going to get until you part with your money. For me, True Classic is my go-to for great fitting, excellent quality polos and tees. Excellent customer care as well. Try ''em out!

My experience with the tees was unfortunate. I'm too tall for regular tees but not tall enough for the "Tall" series. A frustrating place to be! However, I was given a full and swift refund and was able to simply donate my t shirts without sending them back. A really generous and refreshing way of dealing with customers that I've never come across before. Excellent customer service and it feels like they value honest feedback.

With your amazing ads on Instagram, I figured why not take a chance and see if the message is true? I'm pleased to say that your Tees blew me away! Super comfortable. Delivery in two days from ordering. I really liked the look but my wife likes it even more than me! You've got a customer for life and can't wait to try other items from you!
