Useless and inaccurate information, and failure to include existing court records. False advertising as TruthFinder does not tell you upfront that it charges for downloading the report.

This was a great thorough search and 100% spot on without having much information to start. It was fast, accurate and straight forward with pricing and explanations. I wasn't sure this was the right person because I had very little information but it was absolutely the person from the first search. What a great way to reconnect with lost friends and family.

We have used it twice-once with no useful information, the second on my mobile when a site with a different name took us to the Truthfinder site. In both cases, the number of pop-up requests to follow-up the searches is unceasing. I can't open either the computer or the phone without that popping up. Almost every time I change tabs. I can't find a way to unsubscribe. I didn't get far enough into the first to pay for anything and the second one I got off as soon as I saw the address.

Effective service, good information on a timely basis. Courteous and professional staff. Long wait time on telephone contact.

I like Truthfinder.com because the information is accurate. They update their database constantly. I have used them for more than 2 years and I will continue to use their service. If you don't know the answer you are looking for try truthfinders, they will have what you are looking for.

Due to the fact i only used this service one time, I decided that I would cancel today but Melissa convinced me to stay by offering up additional services for a promotional price that I was eligible for. I was TOTALLY ready to cancel, had my finger on the firing pin and with her optimistic attitude, more than interesting information and additional services that would be added on, I decided to keep TRUTH Finder services even if I do not use them at this time. For me, the price is great enough to keep the services going for now. In the event I need them, I would already have them. They are right there ready to access and easy to utilize. I have found you get more from the phone searches than doing just a name search. While I had a hard time at first with this website and went to cancel they convinced me to stay longer by adding extra perks.
It was much more worth it.

Any reason possible relatives of a researched person no longer appear? It was included in the monthly charge before. Very disappointed. One more thing you paid for that has been taken away.

Google search gave me more info for free.If this service would be free of charge I would understand. But they charge way too much to find out basic information.

There isn't anything in the reports that you can't find yourself for free. Most of the info isn't recent and some wrong information. Don't waste your money.

So I've used Truthfinder for several years now. Always very simple to use and informative. Helps me ensure my family's safety as well as my own. The other thing I appreciate is that I don't keep the subscription for years and years. I've called them a few times now to cancel my subscription and they always do WITHOUT trying to keep me or upsell me. Many other companies argue with you. These folks don't. Customer Service Agent Melissa today was so very helpful and professional! I truly appreciate these folks.

Was questioning why I have info sent to my address from a woman who HAS NEVER LIVED HERE! Wanted to see if these idiots have the info. They keep putting the woman in my on line info. What a bunch of jerks.
I refuse to pay for incorrect info. And yes, anyone can go to town hall for free and get rid of this or write a letter. Takes me forever to get rid of incorrect info from these websites. Just like the incorrect garbage from the credit bureaus. Anyone can just print or report whatever they want and it takes people months if not longer to correct this garbage

I have called Customer service numerous times regarding my account, about billing, passwords, differences between plan. I even took a break from using the service and the person who took my call wished me luck and stated that ' We are here for the customer, and if you ever need us again we are always happy to help". I have reactivated my account since and have spoken with Customer Service since then and their is no change in their eagerness to help me.

Do not use this company. The irony, a company that is called Truth Finders are total scam artists. I needed to look up a single person and I signed up with TruthFinder got all the information that was already available for free online. Nothing more, and I canceled the subscription the same day as I bought it, which you can do because it says "cancel at any time.". The following month I saw another charge so I cancelled again. This happened in November 2023 and in March 3024 I noticed another charge so I disputed just that charge because I didn't have any proof of cancellation. In the meantime American Express suggested I email the company. My email was answered quickly and the representative acknowledged that I cancelled in November and that she would make sure I was refunded, however, the only refund I received was the one I disputed to Amex.
Now this makes the situation even more outrageous, they attempted to charge me again in April and I was notified by Amex. They acknowledged my cancellation yet instead of refunding me, the continued to charge me. They were also charging around $29 a month and this most resent charge was for $34. I'm so glad they acknowledged my November cancellation in an email. Now I'll dispute all charges with American Express and report them to The NY State Attorney General and the BBB. I'm guessing they do this regularly!

Ok so I must take back my harsh words because even though I didn't find what I was looking for after dealing with the customer service rep who spoke and understood perfect English, they handled theirselves just like true customer service professionals. I will tell you this much that good "customer service" is something I believe in and you can't find that any more. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

My ex-boy friend was locked up for killing his girlfriend. Which is why I left him for his abuse when he got drunk. I was told he got killed in jail thanks to Truthfinder I found out it was a LIE! Now I need to protect myself legally because why lie about your own DEATH.
