I loathe this company. They send an endless barrage of spam through sketchy third-party "affiliates" that use an ever changing set of fake email to spam me daily. I didn't sign up for this spam and have to wade through many dozens of their spam emails every couple of days to ensure that nothing legitimate gets deleted accidentally. No legitimate company needs to advertise in this manner.

This company signed me up for some sort of streaming service without my knowledge and charge me for it for six months before I realize what was going on. Then when I called them, they would not refund my hundred dollars for the five months 5 to 6 months of streaming which was $20 a month. I don't believe they even had a streaming service. They never sent me any information about it, and never inquired when I'm never logged onto it. Also, their compression sleeve isn't really any better than many others. You can buy for a cheaper amount.

They just have third party sites spam your mail. And I don't think they sieve those sites enough to know the good from bad. One of those mails was an advertisement to a trading platform which I signed up for and got my money taken. So they should give more priority to protecting their subscribers. Thankfully I recovered my money back from crownoak expert tech.

Watch out with this company. They have a system going where you will not notice that they will send you some bonus product (and charge you) UNLESS YOU SAY NO. So when I ordered my knee compressor, I got hit a month or two later by "WBConcepts" for $19.97 for some B.S. Product for my TV entertainment. I think they delay so that you're not alert. I had my bank cancel the payment immediately. The next day, TryCompressa hit my bank for the same amount.

I purchased a knee brace for my husband last November. It was supposed to be on sale but they charged me twice anyway. After that debacle, I was subscribed to a streaming services without giving my authorization! They charged me every single month for a streaming service I did not want it even know I was paying for. I didn't see it in my charges until last week. I called to request my money back and they simply refused. I just wanted a knee brace! Not a whole tv subscription or whatever it was they scammed me with! Now they're not even accepting my phone calls because I wanted to speak with a manager. This is absurd! Try Compressa is dishonest, untrustworthy, deceitful and simply clandestine. Do not buy anything from them!

This company automatically signs you up for a "television " service when you buy their products. They start talking $19.97 a month out of your bank account if you don't catch it. They are based out of the Philippines. BEWARE.

. I wanted to buy a sleeve, but then found out later I was signed up for some webTv subscription that I neither knew I had nor wanted. When I finally found out I ended up paying $189 for a $20 sleeve. No legitimate company would resort to such tactics. Beware of this bull$#*! company!

BEWARE of what you are signing up for. You purchase a compression sleeve and they also sign you up for a $19.97 monthly subscription. Very poor customer service resolving the issue after the fact.

We ordered something from them several months ago. (A knee brace) I noticed a charge that reoccurred on my CC bill. Turns out it was a subscription to WebTV. Needless to say, I canceled it since we never agreed to this in the 1st place. When I emailed the *******@trycompressa.com the email bounced back twice. Then when I called the number on the website to ask about the charge because at that point I didn't even know what it was for, A person of foreign accent told me it was the webtv subscription. I asked them to cancel it immediately, He said you haven't even heard about all the benefits. How does a joint support/bandage company end up giving me a subscription to WebTv? Beware!

I was desperate to get some relief for my painful knee and so ordered a knee wrap from Trycompressa.com. The knee wrap is useless. With the wrap, a pair of unsolicited ear buds came as well as a roll on ointment for the knee. As I said, neither of these were solicited by me. I just checked my credit card and found a charge of $19.97 for a TV streaming service from Trycompressa that I never ordered. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent and are scammers! They supposedly are cancelling the streaming and the fraudulent charge. We'll see if that happens. Meanwhile be advised NOT to use this company.

The order process is a deluge of pop ups and crap offers…
Then…WITHOUT giving you a review page, they place your order…NO REVIEW…They DO NOT ask if order is OK!
Sooo…you get a load of socks and other crap you had no intention of ordering…
I started the request to cancel immediately, but they have no recourse. They just screw you in….
Customer service, which is advertised as 24/7, was not available until 8AM.
I contacted them at that time and was lied to and told it was already shipped.
Then they disallow the USPS delivery instruction function that would allow you to refuse shipment…
They figure most folks will just pay up ad not bother.
I told customer service I would take the overpriced knee compressors if they cancelled the other items…to no avail
This is a despicable bunch…DO NOT BUY!

Ordered 2 knee sleeves in Oct. Didn't want the roll-on for pain. The same day, I saw they charged me anyway and told them not to send me the roll-on. Was supposed to get a free bonus gift. The sleeves arrived, so I assumed they received my phone call and email about not sending the roll-on. No bonus gift but that was ok, I didn't really wanted it. Now I see that they charged me for the roll-on, a $6 "fee" and are continuing to charge me a monthly fee of $19.97 for "WTV". I asked what that is and was told it was some TV entertainment thing and they asked if I was enjoying it. I said that I didn't order that and didn't want it. Was told that "a free 30-day trial" was started since I was sent the bonus gift and that I should have cancelled after 30 days. I stated that I didn't see that and did not sign up for it and wouldn't sign up for something like that. Am waiting for a supervisor to call me back. Will escalate if no satisfaction. Now I see others have had a similar experience.
