Everyone at Tuff Shed, Sacramento, Are fantastic. We had some sheds installed about 3 years ago and during a recent wind storm, we lost a lot of shingles off one of the roofs. I called about some warranty work on this shed, {7-year warranty}. I expected a little runaround based on the amount of time. NOPE the Lady Jessica, and everyone else were so polite, helpful and wanted nothing more than to make things right. The Tech showed up on time, SO polite and professional, did the repairs and even removed all the old shingles, without being asked. All this and still I was thanked for being their customer.
