Its a condo. Its not a business or a place where businesses are located. I contacted Turnaround.org twice, and they have not responded. Its been over a month.

The web site seems out of date and inaccurate. Make sure to check the physical address of their members and businesses. The 3 I have checked are residential addresses and no business is there.
