I love the ninja kids and the songs are awesome so when I watch them I really want to meet the ninja kids.
I knew I would be late watching the Super Bowl. So I logged on slightly more than one hour before it started and set the recording. In between that time and the actual start time, YouTube TV system realized I had an updated debit card number. It did not record it. I missed it. Firing this service for life

You paid 70 + dollars a month to watch 12 minutes of commercials every half an hour! Not worth it. There are way better stream services out there
Don't do it don't subscribe to YouTube I did the free trial decided it wasn't for me canceled my subscription and they continued to charge me. You can't get anybody on the phone at YouTube. Nor is there an email address. The craziest thing is I signed onto my Google account and requested to chat with somebody and then they transferred me to another website where they wanted me to put my credit card in again I ended up having to cancel my credit card in order to guarantee that they stopped charging me.

I called customer service to try and avoid getting my service paused. I knew my payment was going to be late, and I was informed that I had until the next day. I got home from work that evening, then was watching my favorite show, which I had recorded and guess what? They shut me off right in the middle of the show! I was so upset because I had been lied to by the customer service person. I will not go back to that service again!
I got YouTube TV for the NFL season and I pay my bill on time. Every two weeks they are trying to take money out my account stated that my bill needs to be paid. I just canceled my subscription with YouTube. Not good provider.
YouTube TV is new, and they've hit the market with a bang. I thought I'd give them a try, as I was dying to get rid of another streaming company. Once I started using it, it was a no-brainer.
Unlike most services, YouTube TV doesn't have hidden costs or unexpected add-ons. You get what you see, with an easy-to-use-and-understand interface, the ability to add shows to your library, and the option to have those shows DVR'd.
PROS:
Family Is Invited! Up to five family members with a Google account can be invited, no extra cost. They then have private access to their own viewings, lineup, recordings, etc.
Live and On-Demand, DVR, ability to watch a network show right after it's aired. Pausing live? Priceless.
Fast forwarding, rewinding, and pausing is available for on demand and live shows.
Clean, user-friendly interface.
CONS:
No Comedy Central.
So many obscure sports networks to get past; it almost feels as though there are as many of those channels as there are regular ones. I'm also 99% sure this is a common issue with all streaming services.
YouTube Tv has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have been double billed as others have mentioned. They have been giving me the run around.
We got YouTube tv because we were forced to in order to keep the NFL ticket. We paid extra money for the NFL ticket. Now we are constantly missing games because we would have to pay for other services to get games. THE ENTIRE POINT OF HAVING NFL TICKEY IS THAT WE GET EVERY GAME. Beyond disgusted.

There is no option to pay bill. I get the reoccurring payment process, but I do keep my cards locked due to a identity theft. Youtubetv will charge your card early in the morning hours. I unlock my cards at 8 am every morning when I know I have a payment due. Why do they charge your card at 3,4 and 5 am in the morning when most people are not awake. Youtubetv or any businesses should not be allowed to charge your card at that hour. Anyway, I went to pay the bill so it would not get disconnected but there is no option to pay. All it says is update payment method. That's is not the problem. I just wanted to pay the damn bill. I had a RUDE representative tell me that I only need to update my payment method and that's it. Ask I try to tell him that is not the problem I just want to pay the bill. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he tells me I didn't need to talk to him. I asked why not, what are you hiding? He told me that he doesn't have to tell me. I told him switch me to the customer survey he then hung up on me. At the beginning of the call I was told I could take the survey on customer service, but never got the chance since he hung up. This company is hiding something and is rude. The representative is either a new person or just don't like his job! Youtubetv use to be a good service bit it seems like they are going down hill. It may be cheaper service, but if the customer service is bad then the service is bad.
Youtube was made to get rid of the cable tv formula, Why on gods green earth do we need another cable tv program spearheaded by the company that makes comcast look generous.

Right after getting this service a worker who sounded eastern stole my debit card info when I called in for help and they made 2 purchases I was told a supervisor would call me to make it right. Nobody ever called, and I had to have my bank to do a fraud inquiry to get my money back. This software shuts down at least 2 or 3 times per day and we have to reset our router to reconnect to service. You need to improve this if you expect to me to stay a customer very long
It's complete garbage. I was invited to join somebody's family plan and the links that they sent me were broken and did not work.
I've been charged 4 extra months for you tube tv before I finally figured out the charge was coming from a second account that got double billed from the first time I signed up. An account I don't use and couldn't figure out how to cancel since they don't have a phone number to call or email, chat for that matter. Basically no customer service! Learned the hard way $240 later. I will never be using you tube tv again! Very poor
We lost 2 minutes of playtime. Was going into 4qt and returned with 13 mins left.

NFL NEEDS TO REVOKE THEIR CONTRACT.
So one of the reasons we signed up for the NFL ticket was because You Tube TV boasts a "family sharing" plan and both my wife and I wanted to be able to access NFL Ticket on our mobile apps. We were misled. Even though you add a person on family sharing, you can ONLY use the person's email who initially subscribed to the account. I learned this after spending 45 minutes in a chat with a "customer service" representative who talked in circles, refused to give me theeir name and refused to send me a copy of the chat. Terrible. Much worse than DTV (and that is a pretty low bar).

We purchased the nfl package every year since they have had it. We were going to go with YouTube now that they have the nlf package. Signed up and didn't away there was a problem. We have an extender in our home since we have a basement. Since it's seems like two different internets. We called it get help through YouTube tv customer service and he said he would help for $160! This is ridiculous! The nfl should be ashamed giving that contract to this company
Tip for consumers:
If you are going to bid and get the nlf ticket you should be prepared for the new customers. This company was not prepared and wants to charge the customers to help with issues

I cancelled my membership 6 months ago, they never cancelled and continued to charge me for the WORST TV service that is the most expensive with the least amount of popular channels. Its cheaper to have cable.
Save your money or spend on a different tv service. Way too many useless and repetitive ads. Show comes back on but God forbid you want to rewind something funny and see it again then youll have to watch 3 minutes of ads again before you can watch. And if you don't remember timewise what the funny part was at then you'll risk a third 5 minute commercial just from trying to watch. Do what you want but I'm taking my money elsewhere.
I'm surprised so many people don't know about Youtube TV yet. It's cheap (used to be cheaper), you get all the great channels cable plans offer live plus DVR recording for less than $50/month.
Signed up for the full service with Sunday Ticket but games were blacked out. Called customer service twice and emailed once. They promised to check into problem and call back - never did.
Disconnecting from YouTube TV is a nightmare. They asked us to get a gift card for $200.00 just to get a number from it to give them. I refused to pay $200.00 to disconnect and they said that if we don't, they will charge us $500.00. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard. Has anyone else had a problem Disconnecting their service?
Way TOO Many commercials! It's hard to enjoy watching anything due to frequent 7 MINUTE commercial interruptions! Ridiculous! I'm paying to watch ads more than actual shows!
I have 2 new Sony Smart TV's same make & model. One tv has YouTube TV. The other tv cannot verify my Home area. I have deleted & reinstalled, reviewed my iPhone & computer settings. Everything I can think of online. There is no way to fix this. Clearly if one tv has it & the other doesn't somethings wrong. Why is it so easy to sign into Prime & Netflix on multiple tvs but not Youtube? The app is a nightmare. NOT USER FRIENDLY. I'm thinking of dumping YouTube tv & going with apple or another app.
They advertise 21 day free trial. After I went and signed up I was told it was only 5. I wouldn't have signed up for only 5 days if I new this. With working all the time. Not enough time to check it out thoroughly.
