I placed an order for a complete box set of The Virginian, which came to $119 roughly (Nearly £90 in GBP) and when it turned up I was massively disappointed. Firstly it was knock offs, someone obviously made them using a video player and dvd recorder, and secondly it was a Chinese import, with the box marked "Jewellery". So I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, as it is just a complete rip off...

I orderered what was advertised on the site as "brand new" boxed set of
Cheers all series DVDs. What arrived, from China!, was obviously copied
DVDs of a very poor quality packed in tape boxes with photocopied labels
On the discs and boxes. When I complained by email the reply informed me that "the official DVD collection had never been released, and what I received was a collectors/fan version". This is clearly substandard merchandise, and gross deception. I was also charged an additional $20 shipping although no mention was made of this charge on the original order.
I am attempting to get a full refund from this vendor, but would strongly recommend that no-one uses them in future!
