I highly recommend Tvidler's earwax remover, as it has helped me eliminate the need for ear sticks. Ear sticks can cause significant harm to the ears, but with Tvidler, I found a safer alternative. The customer representative was attentive and promptly addressed my inquiries. Additionally, the shipping service was efficient. Overall, I am impressed with the Tvidler earwax remover and strongly suggest it to others.
This is a product that does not work well enough to warrant its price. Also very poor customer service, I tried to return but it is virtually impossible to do.

I've only just begun to use the product but so far am not overjoyed with the main part, the spiral silicone tip cleaner. It doesn't seem to effective but I've yet to let the debrox soften up the wax. Hoping that will make it more effective. The Inner Canal Cleaner and 3-Loop Cleaner are nice touches and work well.

I have trouble with my ears frequently, but switching to this means I don't have to run the risk of infections anymore. The design is comfortable to use, there's no risk of cutting or bruising the ear as the tip is soft and spiraled, and it earns back the koney spent as each of the six provided tips is washable and replaceable. I really loved them and highly recommend them.

Was able to remove a pretty amount of ear eax with its very soft silicone spiral tip. Twistng counterclockwise worked well for me. Did it after bath too, as advised. Great product.

- dont get into this cam and gimmick.
- they try to sell you and make you pay more than what they advertise. Another sale gimmick
- very hard to get the refund as contacts are not readily accessible.
- they continue to contact you to sell more even after you have already said you want to return the product and the sale person just hung up. Not a customer oriented company. Leave it alone. They are highly tactical. You are only a fish to their bait.;(. Order no: 9dxv76

The idea of putting the spiral stuff in the ears is kinda weird. But to my dsibelief, it realy cleaned my ears better than the QTips I have been using! I like it. However, the delivery of the product took way longer than usual. Probably because of the holidays. But overall, this stuff really does its job.

It's very useful for my dad. He always used the cotton ones for removing earwax and ear was infected. Now i bought this product for dad. He is using for 4 months. Still no infection. Very easy to use product.

Despite the experience I had, I still consider Tvidler an effective little ear cleaner. My right ear was blocked for over 2 weeks and made me feel so unbalanced and frustrated. I don't think you are meant to remove all the wax in your ears, and I must admit I did make my ear bleed inside just a little so take it easy! I would say that using otex express ear drops for 4/5 days before using the tool definitely helped as the wax was more pliable and therefore easier to remove with the tool.
