TV Shopping World is a Joke! I ordered touchback in January online and never received it, when i tried to contact them the phone just rings and rings. I sent several emails but still no reply, and when i eventually got to speak to someone in 6 weeks alter, my call was diverted to someones mobile, very dodgy! Their site uses pay pal and I know most reputable Home shopping site will have a proper credit card option so stay away! DO NOT USE, THIS IS A CON!
