Claim Your BusinessI honestly don't care bout my money anymore but i just want these people in jail for the millions they have robbed there clients. I also ordered and recieved dvds from this company and they didnt work. They kept freezing. I sent them an email they first gave me 2 options to keep dvds and refund half of my money i replied stating why the he ll would i keep the dvds if they don't work. So they gave me an address in china Name: Lin SX Address (street): Guangzhou shi san yuan li 57 hao Postal Code: 510400 City: Guangzhou Country: China And asked for me to send. I sent and paid postage and handling about $30 and after i did that i didnt get my refund nor did i get any replies. I sent them several emails but not reply. The ladys name was Cheryl. Its funny because they waited until i sent them back and she was being very nice and apologizing. Ok my mistake ill never order anything again without investigating and pay via credit card. Im just so angry as im unable to complain about this. Its funny when you read there refund policy this is what it states 'We guarantee all our merchandise is of the highest quality. Rest assured that when doing business with us you will always receive exactly what you paid for!' this gets me real angry and when i can't do nothing about it makes me more angrier.
