THE WORST COMPANY! AWFUL TO DEAL WITH! SCAMMERS! BEYOND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS NO HELP PLUS PERSONAL ATTACKS WITH PROFANITY...
DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE AND AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK... I WAS TOLD " too bad, why should they be out the money!" THEY ARE SHAMEFUL! THEY ARE BEYOND 'NO STARS'.

Saw a Sony 75 inch TV for less price than reputed places like Best Buy.
Ordered and they made me wait for 3 weeks and cancelled the order

TVsuperstores is a bait and switch. BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM. They are not a trustworthy company. Shipping issues, only ship to certain areas! They offer one product at an attractive price, but when you try to buy it is unavailable, but another model at a significant price increase is offered.

They lure in with well below market prices on TV's, make you call in to confirm your order and then LIE to you about you needing a UC2 instead of UC1 version or a better model with more colors.
In fact, they never had the TV you ordered and will keep making up excuses.
Their prices are too good to be true because they are NOT true

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will successfully order an item for what you think is a great price. That price, is so great that it isn't available. So they tell you that your choice was total crap anyway and that you should get this other item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to waste a couple of hours of time.

I tried buying a new TV on two separate online websites and found that they were both conducting the same BAIT & SWITCH nonsense. Thus, I am writing the same review for both. I am assuming that they are different companies even though they are operated in the same dishonest manner.
I ordered an 85" TV online and was immediately asked to review my experience. The process was simple and I gave them a good review. Unfortunately, my next contact from them was a request to confirm my order. They claimed this was necessary due to the amount of my purchase. Not true. As soon as I was able to speak to their confirmation department, it was clear that they only wanted the opportunity to upsell me. In fact their first question was "Why do you want to buy such an old model TV?" Nothing in their ad stated the TV was a 2 year old model. The next question, "This is the cheap Asian version and it doesn't come with a warranty." The ad says its a Samsung and it comes with a 1 year warranty. They said not this version. They said they would give me a great on another model for only $3,000 MORE. When I declined their offer they offered it to me at their cost. I declined once again and requested that they immediately cancel my order. They agreed without any attempt to keep my original order in place. Thus, it is apparent that they never had any intention of selling me the TV that they advertised. I had read the mix of good and bad reviews on this site and still decided to buy. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. These reviews are written BEFORE they tell you that your order has not been completed due to it needing to be verified.
CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
Don't even think about giving them a chance. You've got a better chance of leaving the cash on the sidewalk and hoping someone will leave a brand new tv in its place!

I "successfully" ordered a LG TV (EF6500) on Sat 7/23. Tues that week, I get a call from "David" who proceeds to tell me that model of the TV doesn't have a warranty and that I'm not getting the 2016 version. He proceeds to tell me that I'm buying the 2015 version that has "only 8bit" panel. He says I should consider another, more recent 65' model (I didn't right down the model number). I told him I was familiar with all the 65' inch models as I had compared them and has settled on the EF6500. He says the models they display at bestbuy and the one he sold me are different. He says I want the EF6500UA version for $300 more - which is 10bit. These are all lies. Every OLED from 2015 and on, like the LG EF6500, is 10bit (http://www.flatpanelshd.com/focus.php?subaction=showfull&id=*******922). LG does not use that type of labeling (-UA) for their models (http://en.tab-tv.com/?page_id=7111). Every EF6500 that is new and unopened comes with a one year warranty (http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-65EF9500).

I found this site on Google. Their website only mentions one 65EF9500 TV for sale. They don't offer a 65EF9500-UA

Tl: dr
They advertise lower prices, then after you buy, attempt to upsell you. They try to talk over your head about specifics most people wouldn't be aware of in attempt to not sell at a loss.

Tip for consumers:
BBB has many warnings for this company. I wish I'd saved some time to research it. Don't buy.
